What a lovely condo!! The view was spectacular and the condo was decorated beautifully. The owners have made this condo a "home" to share with their guest. Fabulous pictures of their travels and family. Destin is our usual "destin"ation for summer vacation and we will be returning to this condo next year, if not before. Waterview Towers is well kept and it was a pleasure getting to know the other tennants and guest. We also had our boat in the marina across the street and it was very safe and secure. Thanks for a fantastic vacation property!! :)

Great place to stay - quiet and secluded

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The location is near the marina, so it is off the main highway and is in a quiet secluded area. As mentioned by other reviewers, the large balcony is a huge plus. It is the biggest we have seen in the Destin area. The interior is very nicely furnished and well maintained. The owners should be commended for keeping the property in excellent condition. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Owner response:We are so fortunate to have the marina to the back of our building and be able to face the incredibly beautiful Gulf with such a panoramic view. Our balcony is unusually long and deep giving both bedrooms and living area a view of the water and sunsets. This is our home away from home and we love to share it with others when we can't be there.

Awesome does not even begin to describe the incredible luxury and serenity of this condo. The owners preparation for visitors was magnificent. The views, the quietness, the friendly people, the seclusion but yet convenience to what you need are outstanding. One will not find a better place to stay in Destin. Highly recommended!!

Owner response:I just returned from a gorgeous week with my two granddaughters, Scarlett and Eden Paige. Scarlett the 5 1/2 yr old was sitting on the balcony at the end of a day and just looked out into the Gulf and said "Mimi, this is the most wonderful place in the world to live." I asked her what she loved so much about it and she said, "The ocean is right here and we get to swim in it, the pool and hot tub are right here, too, the boats going by and the birds flying above and look at that sunset - it just is so beautiful." I am so glad that so many of you agree with Scarlett!

Very roomy, wonderful condo

We have been coming to Destin/Pensacola area for the past 13 years and this is the best condo we've ever found. Love how both bedrooms have a balcony door and the balcony is very large and runs the length of the condo. Really enjoyed watching the boats go out every day, fireworks on thursday night and flyovers from the military base. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked more than we usually do. The workout room is directly across the hall and very convenient. Beds were very comfortable and slept great. Loved the convenience of being not far from grocery store, Target & Walmart and not being on the main "drag" where all the traffic is. We were here during the 'oil crisis', saw some booms, skimmers but never really saw much oil. A few tar balls but nothing significant. Where you can go into the ocean would be great for someone with small children because it is very shallow and the not much 'current' to pull you out like other places. I felt very comfortable with my son in the water there.Being on the 2nd floor balcony was great and since I have a teenager I was able to watch him from the balcony if he wanted to go crab hunting or to the pool by himself. Washer/Dryer is convenient and across the hall with super capacity for extremely large loads. The owners were very hospitable. Hoping to come back next summer.

Owner response:NO OIL!! As I said to people who asked what they could do after Katrina since we live in New Orleans, I told them to please come and support the merchants. I am asking that now. Please come and support the merchants of Destin and the Gulf Coast. The water and beaches are as beautiful as ever. There is no oil on Holiday Isle and the rest of Destin.

Great Family Vacation

This was our first time in the Destin area and we hit the jackpot with this condo. It had all the essentials and it's framed with some great photography. One of my favorite times of the day was drinking my coffee in the early morning, on the veranda, and watching the boats go out for the day, and of course watching the beautiful sunsets was another favorite. There were plenty of activities and sites to see that kept my girls happy. We were glad the beach was so close and having the pool to lounge was another bonus. Relaxation and fun is what we hoped for and that is what we got and much more!!

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing.

This makes the second year in a row we've stayed here and each time it's better and better. The condo is great, well laid out and spacious...and the furnishings are much nicer than other condos we've stayed in during our visits to the Ft. Walton/Destin area over the past 20 years. It's like having a private beach to yourself and watching the boats come in and out of the pass all day is very entertaining. And, the inpromptu air shows and fireworks displays are awesome. See you guys next year if not before!!

For the past 2 years, our family has celebrated Christmas in this luxery condo. We were looking for a place that would feel like home yet allow us to simply relax and enjoy our family during Christmas. My children have both told us that these last 2 Christmases were the best they have ever had!! If I could win a vacation to a condo on the beach, my wish would be right here!! Our stay at this condo was wonderful. It had all the comforts of home. The views are absolutely breathtaking. Our children, ages 6 and 2, had a great time swimming in the pool and digging in the sand at the beach. We will make this our annual vacation spot!

We fell completely in love with your wonderful place. The warm & comfortable furnishings made us feel so at home. Your personal greeting was a pleasant surprise ! We loved the unique decor & the fully equipped kitchen. Some of our highlights were waking up in the a.m. and catching glimpses of dolphins from the bed. Lunches on the balcony watching the activity on the East Pass, and sipping wine while watching a spectacular sunset......is it any wonder that we are so anxious to return next year. My husband, son, daughtre-in-law and 3 year old granddaughter had the most relaxing and enjoyable time. We practically had the complex to ourselves. We enjoyed the privacy and the view was spectacular. We lost count of how many times we watched groups of dolphins "showing off" in the bay. The owners were fantastic to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this area and this quiet, friendly condo complex.

If you are looking for a place to just relax & enjoy sunsets, dolphins, boats & the views of the east pass from every room this is defintely the right place. We have been coming to Destin now for 10 years & by far this condo has the most breathtaking views from every room! The views from the master bedroom are indescribable! We have stayed in a lot of different places in destin & this is the best one yet!!! My husband & I have enjoyed every single minute of our little getaway despite all the bad weather. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Hopefully, we will be able to rent again this summer & bring our family with us to enjoy this beautiful place. As a 2nd annual beach trip, my best friend and her husband came from Chattanooga and met my husband, 2 year old son and I for this wonderful week in Destin. Your home was perfect for our families - we loved the private beach that we had to ourselves the entire week (week before Memorial Day there were no crowds) The short walk to the public beach was great when we wanted to stretch our legs. One of the nicest beach get aways we have ever experienced. We have 3 boys(11,9,3) & they had an awesome time too. Great views & wonderful evenings on the balcony. Dolphins were plentiful, privacy at the pool, and a close walk to the main beach. Condo is beautiful, clean, and you feel like you are at home. We will be back soon.

Our week spent at Waterview Towers was paradise. The views we had of the crystal clear ocean were breathtaking...you almost believe you're on a tropical island! The private beach front and pool were so convenient with the kids, and always so clean. The condo itself was truly a "home away from home". We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The decor and furnishings are far above the usual cheap wicker/sea shell motif of most beach rentals. It has a very relaxing feel. We ate all meals sitting on the balcony and spent lots of time just sitting there looking out at the beautiful water. Our only regret is not being able to stay longer. Can't wait to go back.

What a great place to stay! We have been coming to the Destin area now for 15 years, and this is by far one of the best condos yet. The condo is tastefully decorated and has anything one might need. The balcony and view are fabulous...evenings about 5-6pm the dolphin play in the waters and we could watch off the balcony. We have 2 young children, and they were also thrilled to find the pool and hot tub never crowded. Thanks to Jeanne for sharing her home....

This was our first trip to Florida. Did quite a bit of searching on the Internet for a place to stay. This condo was by far the best deal, the size of the condo, perfect location. The pictures posted on this site show exactly what you are getting. The view is truly amazing watching all the boats while sitting on the deck. Every person we saw while at the condo spoke to us and were very friendly. We were truly impressed with the extra attention Jeanne gave us. Tips on where to eat, shop, site see. We highly recommend staying at this property.

As beautiful as they are, the pictures on the web site don't even do justice to how beautiful this condo and the water are. The condo is so comfortable and just yards from the water. Taking a nap with the door open, hearing the waves crash does wonders for relaxation. We took the owners advice and got fresh seafood from Sexton's and grilled on the balcony during fabulous sunsets. When we did go out, it seemed odd that we were in the heart of Destin already because the location of the condo is so secluded. We've stayed all over the Emerald Coast, but this location stands out because of location, the wonderful condo itself and all of the activity in the nearby channel - boats going by all day (we especially loved the pirate ship!). Can't wait to return!

Wow! What can I say? Outstanding! My husband and I enjoyed 8 fabulous nights at this condo and only went out to eat once because the balcony and views were so beautiful! We cooked out on the electric grill and watched dolphins and boats all evening. Everything inside and out was top notch! Best condo we've ever stayed in. Can't wait to go back.

We have been going to Destin for over 20 years and owned numerous properties there. However, nothing like the "Paradise" we share at your unit. The moment we walked in my wife who is a decorator said "this will become my yearly getaway". The decor is wonderful and the view is incredible. My wife and I have found our Oasis!!What a great home to spend some valuable rest and relaxation. Sunrise, sunset -- spectacular views in this one of a kind get away! The balconies allow for spectacular relaxing, reading, entertaining, and dining. The setting is away from the crowds of Destin, yet you have full advantage of one of the most beautiful beaches on the Gulf (anywhere!) Comment Text: Absolutely the best! Everything from the beautiful sunsets, the water views, to the wonderful kitchen! We have finally, after 17 yrs. of visiting Destin, found our "second home". I instantly felt as if I were at home. Every room has a view that takes my breath. And all the personnel things through out the place, just added the the comfort. We loved staying at this beautiful condo. Although we've rented other condos within walking distance of this one, we were most comfortable here. It's so comfortable -- and we didn't have to buy anything to use in the condo, other than food. What a great kitchen! The colors and interior design are magnificent. The views are amazing. Watching the activity in the East Pass is wonderful and calming -- it's the best place to stay in Destin. We love to snorkel at the jetty, and watch all the early morning sea life activity near the harbor. You'll adore it here!

We have vacationed in Destin for 30 years and this condo is the most magnificent place we have every stayed! The water views from every room are incredible, and the condo has every amenity. The decor and furnishings are both sophisticated and comfortable. There is easy access to the beach and the condo is conveniently located to restaurants, groceries and seafood markets. I can't imagine a more beautiful and serene view than the aquamarine water seen from all rooms in the condo and large balcony. Sunsets are spectacular and there is always a cool breeze. This is heaven on earth!
