Nearly new, beautiful, and spacious home complete with all appliances and amenities. Large living room has big screen TV, VCR,CD,DVD. Generous dining room, cool hardwood floors, huge covered (but otherwise open) lanai. This home is secluded, then simply flows out onto the green golf course. Sunsets are glorious, filtered through a few ironwood trees, so not glaring.
This Non-Smoking home is only five minutes from white sand beaches (Anaehoomalu Bay),Waikoloa Resorts (excellent restaurants) and the King and Queen Shops; about 30 minutes to Kona. Waikoloa Village also has its own excellent grocery store and charming shops, bank, beauty shop. etc. You can reach the entire island from Waikoloa.
Two Bedrooms have King Beds, third bedroom has two single beds that can be connected into a King. Each has private bath. Fully modern and open kitchen for family-friendly cooking, yet sheltered from dining visibility. High ceilings, good natural lighting, roomy office space, especially clean home and yard. Good privacy from adjacent homes, yet in a friendly, safe, neighborhood atmosphere.
Waikoloa is 1200 feet above sea level near the Kohala Gold Coast. It has approximately 333 sunny days a year and cool, comfortable nights. I love the views everywhere I turn, coming and going from the house, but I especially love Hualalai from the lanai, looming over the green fairways or cradling the setting sun. You might never leave the house!
