This Outer Banks home built in 2006 provides the perfect sedative for your exquisite vacation. Imagine your vacation amenities like a private, free heated pool, hot tub, elevator, fireplace, gourmet kitchen, ocean views and eight master bedrooms. Gather in the spacious great room to plan your day, reminisce about the day's events or just enjoy the ocean views.
Bake in the sun while listening to music by your private heated pool, accompanied by a kiddie pool, Tiki Bar and hot tub. The grounds provide ample parking and room for bocce, horseshoes and cornhole.
Level One : A killer rec room welcomes you with a sports bar equipped with a full refrigerator with icemaker; pool table; pub tables and chairs; two TVs with a stereo system and speakers inside and by the pool. The game room opens to a pool area with a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, Tiki Bar, gas grill, outside shower and ample lounge chairs. A cabana half-bath is accessible to the pool and sports bar areas. One bedroom is a king master with TV/DVD and is handicap friendly. The other master bedroom has a full bed and a pyramid bunk with trundle. This room can comfortably sleep two adults or six cherubs and has a large screen TV/DVD.
Level Two : Talk about space...there are four king masters (three with deck access) each with TV/DVD player; a cozy second lounge area with a 46' HD flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player, surround sound, free Netflix, Wii console and 5 comfortable reclining seats. There is also a laundry area and half bath.
Level Three : The most awesome of all where Ocean Pocean just takes your breath away! There are ocean views from anywhere you stand in the wide-open great room with cathedral ceilings. A gas fireplace makes a comfy winter weekend at the beach absolutely perfect. Dining room, breakfast area, powder room, great room with 46' HD flat screen TV with Blue-Ray player, surround sound entertainment center, desk with wireless broadband Internet connection and video library. The great room opens to full decks in the front and back, where you can sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset, respectively. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate 18 people and has 2 dishwashers, 2 cook tops, garbage disposal, oven, microwave and large refrigerator with icemaker. There are two spacious king masters with TV/DVD.
This home is 516 yards to the beach access. Beach Buggy and beach cart provided. If that's not enough, Ocean Pocean is loaded with extras: high chair, port-a-crib, elevator and every bedroom has a TV/DVD and private bath.

Love the OBX and what it has to offer regarding beach vacations. Draws a variety of guests from up and down the east coast, as well as inland to the Mississippi River. Has access to many, and varied activities for all ages. This is a family oriented area, is quiet and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Love the heated pool in the off season, as well as the hot tub. Enjoy playing horse shoes and corn hole with our friends and family. All bed rooms are masters and spacious, allowing for some privacy, if desired. Love to sit on the front deck and enjoy the ocean views. There are TVs in every bedroom, as well as flat screen TVs in the great room, and TV room with netflix supplied. This allows different age groups to view different TV shows, movies, games, simultaneously. Very relaxing and comfortable.
