As in the quiet secluded private Auberge's of Europe, hidden away in a forest of evergreen, we are especially enticing for lovers who seek a romantic setting away from it all for the day, week or longer. Well off the beaten path covering five acres, lovers can roam the grounds, sit on the veranda, and enjoy homemade tarts, cakes and other treats upon request.
Our HONEYMOON SUITE offers privacy and serenity in a luxury setting that is appealing as a romantic lovers hideaway...off the beaten path on 5 secluded wooded acres on the eastside of Seattle, in-between Redmond and Woodinville, just 20 minutes from Seattle in the Woodinville Wine Country. We are exquisitely furnished and accessorized with original works of art and French antiques, just bring your suitcase, everything else is waiting for you!
The HONEYMOON SUITE
The HONEYMOON SUITE is a huge suite with it's own private entrance, and with it's own private pateo and outdoor furniture. Inside your suite you find white marble floors (radiant heated floors) throughout and 12 ft. vaulted ceiling. Sleep in a King size bed, watch your wood burning fireplace, (additional wood is on the pateo) lounge by the coffee table and love seat or sit that the table and two chairs. Luxury linens, multiple European pillow shams, Louis IV Drexel furniture, original works of art and European antiques await you in your suite. The luscious garden view from your French doors will captivate you for hours. We are in a forest of evergreen and our resident friendly deer love to visit when we have guests.
You will spend hours in your infloor heated bathroom with 12 foot ceiling and skylight. The bathroom has a walk in two person shower, bidet, and two person jacuzzi tub, closet with luxurious cotton fluffy bathrobes, separate toilet and closet. In suite breakfast island has all the amenities for your breakfast or snacks (coffee pot, tea kettle, dishes and cultery etc). We offer free WI-FI internet and have beautiful travel, garden and cook books available for your reading.
Nightly dessert (made by our resident Chef) is offered along with a fresh (baked just for you) French Continental Breakfast of sweet breads. Your insuite refrigerator contains milk, butter, homemade jam, granola, yogurt and fresh fruite. A two course Gourmet Breakfast is also available upon special request along with a dinner menu from our catering department. We are a specialty French Cooking School and offer hands-on cooking classes daily of one sort or the other.

Owner Description
I am an American who has spent many years outside of the US...mainly in France, French Morocco and Switzerland. My father was an American and my mother was French from Alsace. My first languages were French and Arabic. I used to be an international flight attendant and in a prior business specialized in business promotions. I built this property and moved in, in 1998 for my family...I had a terminally ill child and needed a handicap accessible home for him and all the others who attended to his needs. Only once he passed on did I start offering the property as a French Country Inn. We are into the details and crazy about anything French...from the food, decor to the music...we want you to experience first hand a glimpse of the French joie de vivre!
Why the Owner Chose Woodinville
Woodinville is a suburb of Seattle, on the eastside..we are in the woods..as the name implies. It is lush and green and the trees seem to be as tall as the sky. Lots of animal life...weather is temperate and it's still a small town within 20 minutes of Seattle...the best of both worlds: country style living close to a big city.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
Woodinville has close to 90 wineries so there is great food and lots of boutique wineries to visit. We are also blessed with biking and hiking trails..our neighbor hood is filled with horse barns. as we are in a community for the horsey-set.
