  Thank you Marlene and Stewart for a fabulous stay. Your suite exceeded our expecations. We highly recommend it as an exceptionally clean,comfortable and convenient to eveywhere location. Oh, and the fabulous views of the ocean and the city by night were a terrific bonus!We look forward to returning.

  Marlene and stewart welcomed us so warmly, and from there our stay only got better. The appartment was exceptionally clean and light with a spectacular view of Vancouver. we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to call home for our 10 days stay, and in the end our girls didn't want to leave. we highly recommed this beautiful location to anyone wishing to visit Vancouver.   We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with a fantastic view over the sea and downtown Vancouver. When we arrived tired from the flight our hosts greeted us with a friendly and warm welcome. To have free broadband internet access (WiFi) was very convenient. We will definitly come back again.

  "Home away from Home" is what we were looking for and we certainly found it at this location. Our goal was to find a quiet, bright self contained unit that would be suitable for for two adults and one small child while our house was under renovations. We have now been here for almost 4 months and although it has been difficult being "displaced" from one's home we could not have asked for better hosts. The suite is extremely bright and offers everything one needs for short or in our case a long term stay. A beautiful view and gracious hosts completes the visit. I would not hestiate to recommend this to anyone who is looking for superior accomodation in Vancouver. P. Barnett

  A room with a view!!! A tranquil setting of rose bushes amoungst a garden with a view you'll always remember. This suite offers everything you coud ask for while away from home. We particularly enjoyed the second bedroom for our young child, full kitchen, washing machine, and king size bed. The hosts are welcoming and very helpful. The location is fantastic with quick access to Horseshoe Bay, Downtown Vancouver, and lots of tourist attractions. We will definately visit again for those breathtaking sunsets.

  If you are tired of boring hotel rooms or bed and breakfasts are puting you closer to bankruptcy, then this is the ideal solution for a Vancouver visit. This apartment comes with a gracious host and hostess and breathtaking views of Vancouver, Burrard Inlet and English Bay. The downstairs apartment is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. It is only 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bay and 30 minutes from Vancouver. A small strip mall with a grocery store, bank, and cleaners is a few blocks away. You will love it. We did.

  To anyone who wants a very confortable, quiet and absolutley breathtaking view, this is THE place. Our hosts, Stewart and Marlene were wonderful, considerate and became new found friends. You can walk through a charming neighborhood to the video store, grocery store, and oh yes the ever important liquor store. Bald eagles in the back yard, the cruise liners passing buy and the view of the city. What else can I say, oh yes, Stewart is the gardner of gardners with ever new pots of flowers and flowering shrubs everywhere. You can even wash your car in the driveway. Enjoy and be secure in Vancouver. Kirk McDonald Park

Additional information about rental rates

The weekly rental rate plus a single non-refundable $75.00 CDN final cleaning charge payable in CDN cash upon your arrival. There are no other charges. The rental may also be payable 30 days in advance in a manner similar to the payment of the security/damage deposit.

We request a modest [USD or CAD] security/damage deposit which you may pay with Paypal, a bank-to-bank deposit or your personal cheque drawn on a US or Canadian bank. Upon payment of the deposit we will confirm your reservation. Your security/deposit is conditionally refundable in cash in the currency paid upon your departure.

March 2, 2013 to May 4, 2013 $ 900.00

May 4, 2013 to Aug.31, 2013 $ 1,000.00
