  Our family of 8 women traveled to Flagler Beach to visit an ailing relative. We loved Rich's home! It was in pristine condition and had lots of amenities, such as coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and an elevator for hauling luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen was beautiful and open. The bedrooms were spacious, and two of them accessed a wonderful balcony. It was one of the nicest homes I've ever rented, and by far the prettiest home in Flagler Beach. We loved the ocean view and never ending breeze. Flagler Beach is just across the street, and many restaurants and pubs are within an easy walk. The house is on the northern end of town, so it's quieter than places closer to the pier. Everyone we met seemed to be a transplant from some other state, but all were very enthusiastic about their town and incredibly happy to be there. Wished we could have arrived early enough on Saturday to stock up on fruits and veggies at their Farmer's Market. Flagler Beach is situated between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, where we split much of our time. Loved touring St. Augustine, shopping at the Outlet Malls, visiting Ponce Inlet and several local and state parks. All in all, we had a great visit in large part to our awesome gathering place. Thanks to Rich for his prompt responses to all my questions (loved your fishing photos in the billiard room!), and to Jill and Christie for their professionalism and courtesy. If our travels take us back to the Daytona Beach area, we will definitely stay here again.

  Owner response: Thank you for such kind and encouraging words. I travel every month to my beach home to keep it in the shape that you enjoyed. It is hard work but worth it. With my wonderful friend and manager along with my cleaning crew all seems to fall together perfectly. The coffee supply, detergent supply, paper towels and more are gladly placed in areas that are easily found for use. People love that touch. And I love supplying the goods. If it makes for a special stay it is worth it. The elevator certainly comes in handy, but the views are awesome, I would agree with you. I do not know about being the nicest house in Flagler Beach as you mentioned but I like the thought. You are correct in mentioning shopping in Saint Augustine...the ladies love it...the men would rather fish. Maggie's scone are the best? I heard from Maggie that you and the girls had stopped there several times. Back to the gym now. Come again and thank you.

  We truly enjoyed our stay. Even with the cold front that went through, we enjoyed the beach and the sun (we Flagstaff people think 65 is warm). Your home is beautiful and everything you say it is. It was a blessed time with many special memories. Pam

  Hi Rich, Sorry for my delay in response, but getting back to normal life is just so hard after a great week in sunny Florida! I did have a great time in Flagler! All of us did. We did have the cool weather as well, but I have to say, your beautiful house really took the sting out of waking up that first morning to see 37 degrees! Tuesday we saw 75 degrees and we got to have the beach day we all wanted so badly. The house really is wonderful. I loved all of it, from the subtle earth toned walls to the gorgeous kitchen countertop. The porches were a house favorite for drinking morning tea in a sun spot as the day warmed up. It is so nice to just relax and appreciate a slower pace, and Flagler was just a perfect place to do it. We all really appreciated being able to walk to our dinner, and Maggie's was just amazing. Thanks for the gift certificate and scones, we all enjoyed them. The crepe with nutella, strawberries and bananas was to die for. Great place. My boyfriend Pete is the group worrier, and made me promise to tell you that the drier clean out screen is a little clogged. We did our best to pick out the runaway lint smashed down at the very bottom of the screen slot, but maybe a thin vacuum attachment could do a better job? He is a household accident paranoia freak, who would much rather be described as cautious. But where is the fun in that? Well, thank you very much for being the one to introduce us to a new spot to love, and day dream about. You and your house made our vacation a wonderful reunion spot, and had plenty of room for everyone to find a comfortable spot to relax. Can't thank you enough, really. All the best, Ellyn

  We just returned from our Stay at your beautiful, ocean front house on Flagler Beach. We have been going to Flagler for the past several years and this is by far an exceptional home. It is large, open, sunny and beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you would need for a perfect vacation! The views are incredible and the owners were extremely helpful! We will be back next year and would recommend this unit to anyone! Minutes away from many great restaurants or eat in the large, kitchen that has everything you need to make wonderful meals and memories. Perfect for families, friends or a girls week!

  This home is top notch and we enjoyed everything about it. The views are breathtaking. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you would need to entertain. We were greeted by Jill who showed us around and presented us with a box of delicious scones from a near by restaurant and gift certificate to Maggie's, a charming little place with delicious food. The game room was popular with us, as was the beach. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would suggest a trip to St. Augustine, which is only a half hour away. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a vacation.

  "Rich, once again, thank you for the gift from Maggie's. While the package itself was fantastic, the thought was above and beyond. Again, thank you so much for offering your place to rent. It has been a Godsend. My kids have been so awesome (beach, pool, foosball, air hockey....) this a long overdo break for me. I see the house next door is for sale. I would like to buy it just to feel this happy more often".

  I flew my three kids here with their children for a reunion at Christmas. My 88 year old mother was there as well! We all had a fantastic time. The house is spacious and modern and clean. All four generations had a wonderful, memorable experience. The beach, the local playgrounds, Marineland, etc. provided lots of entertainment and activity options. We definitely hope to return!

  This was my second year staying at this gorgeous house. Plenty of room and the porch is just spectacular. Now with the wifi and more channels on the TV, it's great even in bad weather when Sandy slightly hit us in Florida. Lots of wind but the house was very secure. You get all the amenities one could ask for and then some. It was a delightful stay and we will be back next year!

  I can not begin to say how perfect this house was for our group! The house was exactly what is described on the website, was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The owner was so very helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, laid back, relaxing vacation. Although, Flagler Beach is NOT a tourist area, you can drive small distances in any direction and find tourist attractions and still retreat back to a nice, calm, relaxing retreat to enjoy! The beach is not right out the back door but it is very easily accessed and was very clean and private! The only problem we found was that our week was way, way too short!!!

  Hi, Rich: Your home is wonderful! We have been vacationing in the Flagler area almost every summer for 29 years. We have stayed in some nice places, but everyone agrees this is the best ever. Unlike many rentals, your ad is not exaggerated whatsoever. The house is very well maintained. From the views to the WIFI to the games, everything was perfect. We especially liked the view of the Flagler pier from the large master bedroom window and the religious touches throughout the home. Having your property manager meet us was a great touch, much better than other places where one must go to an office for a key or it is hidden somewhere. And the treats from Maggie's...WOW, literally the icing on the cake of our great vacation! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, Randy & Amy

I am always trying to make it a perfect vacation and I enjoy trying, honestly. Isn't the Wifi great??? So very fast. I love to use it myself. My words of encouragement throughout the home are very meaningful and true. And yes I have been blessed. My home was a life long dream and the house came out wonderful, but pristine Flagler Beach makes it the better. The sounds, sights, people, weather....all seems so awesome and it is. I always have my manager meet folks at my home. It's just a nice cozy touch and everyone seems to love it. Maggie's is a dieter's nightmare but it is so worth the stop. Come again.

  Rich: What a nice touch it was to send us the treats from Maggie's. We really appreciated the surprise.   We just came back from Flager and had a wonderful time. It was my husband and I and our three kids. The house was in great shape and more than roomy. We loved the views and the kids loved the game room! The owner was very accommodating and answered questions promptly. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing mellow vacation.

  Owner response: Your kind words I find encouraging. The house with nearly 4000 square feet of living space seems to be more than adequate for the largest groups. It is roomy and at the same time graceful. The views can not get any better no matter where you stand, sit or drive. You are right, everyone loves the views. The new WiFi really adds a lot to the experience and the 250 TV channels add to all the fun in the game. I find all the kids love that game room. Please come back.

  We were so blessed to spend the week of Thanksgiving 2011 in this wonderful beach home. There were 10 of us family members, from 3 different states, and we couldn't have asked for a better location and home. The kitchen was more than adequate to prepare a dinner for 14 (several friends added into the mix).The game room for the teenagers was awesome and the porch for the adults was a great place to gather and enjoy the lovely views. Everyone loved getting to know Flagler Beach and we spent one day up in St. Augustine too. The owner is very friendly and professional and the property manager top notch!! If you are searching for a place to rent you can't go wrong here!!

  What a great week at a great location! If you want a clean, like new, beach house with great views, then this is the place. The first 2 levels have more privacy with the trees in front, but the third level is wide open views of God's glorious creation. Sunrise every morning features dolphins swimming in the waves. Even though A1A is between the house and the beach,( all homes are like this in flagler) it doesn't affect the view whatsoever. It is actually closer to the beach than other "beach front" house I have stayed in. If you need a place to relax; look no further!

  We had a great time. Your house in relaxing and we had everything we needed The views on the 2nd and 3rd story are great. We sat out there every morning and afternoon. The house is beautiful. Thank you for making it so nice! I really appreciated the verses throughout the house, they were very encouraging and elevated the atmosphere even more. Awesome place for entertaining.   Owner response: Thank you. The home is a true blessing to me but the sea, views, wildlife, beach and the sounds of it all is simply worth everything that I invested into pristine Flagler Beach. I love it there and I am pleased that you enjoyed yourself. The game room is now loaded with board games, books a new sofa bed. We just finished designing and installing a queen size suite on the the second floor. Now we have three queen bedrooms and one king master suite. It all came out great. Thanks for the comments on the verses..they are indeed uplifting. Come again.
