  Awesome house for a girls getaway weekend. Everything was exactly as promised. Had a great time. Loved the decor of the house! I would recommend this house, the owners were super easy to communicate with. We would love to come back next year!

  What a wonderful place to stay while in Palm Springs! A few miles for the middle of downtown which we thought was perfect! Your home was extremely clean well maintained, we were very thankful. This was the first time that we booked a vacation online without knowing one person who had previously stayed here. The reviews were extremely helpful and accurate. If you're looking to walk to downtown, you can but as previously stated a ran while there and it was approximately 2.5 miles to the heart of the city. The pool was such a phenomenal addition to the stay and we utilized it often! This home is directly in the flight pattern so often we heard the planes landing and taking off overhead! I thought it was pretty darn cool but others may find it a bit annoying. Overall a wonderful place to just relax!

  Our party of 6 really enjoyed our recent stay at this Palm Springs home. Our children enjoyed the pool immensely and the pool toys in the garage were a nice bonus! This home is close to town but has a very private backyard. And when we weren't enjoying the sunshine and pool, the kids enjoyed the wii as well. Bert has thought of everything! We highly recommend this vacation home!

  This is our second time to stay this comfortable home for our Palm Springs vacation...we will be returning. It fits all of our needs and we feel like we are at home but not. The weather was not true Palm Springs but we have found so many things to do besides the pool that it was fine. We ate in some days and out others...love the flexibility. This year we had our little King Charles Cavalier puppy and she thought she had died and gone to heaven. She ran for ever in the back yard which is very secure, safe and pet friendly. The first night she went to the backyard and never seeing a pool before proceeded to walk on the pool cover. She is very small and light so she didn't sink and she was able to walk across it. So funny to watch...she never went near the pool again. The owners continue to decorate and stock the house so it is always a new adventure. We will be back next year and hopefully for more years to come. There are so many activities and restaurants to recommend it would take a book to share. I really wished we could stay longer because I can't get my fill in one week.

  This home was very comfortable and was well equipped. We were looking for a mid-century modern home to rent, and this one fit perfectly to our expectations. It was fun looking at all of the wall hangings, artwork and accessories. The pool was glorious. We entertained a group one evening with a BBQ and there were plenty of seating and tables. The house is located near grocery shopping and not far from downtown Palm Springs. The neighborhood is mostly well maintained, and except for a few airplanes flying overhead throughout the day, it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend this property to others headed to Palm Springs.

  The house was great for us, our dog, our friends and family. The pool is quite big and was warm enough to swim in January. The owner was unfailingly helpful and easy to contact by email or phone. We would definitely go back..

  Nici's pool house is a real treat, particularly if you are a 4 year old boy who loves seeing the belly of airplanes headed in and out of the airport. The adults in our group enjoyed this entertainment as well - it only takes place during the day and depends on the flight patterns, but those who might be bothered by this should be forewarned. Considerable thought has been put into providing all that one needs during a vacation and decorating in keeping with the architecture and period of the home. The kitchen is the best equipped that I have found in a home rental bar none. The pools is great and for those considering renting during the winter months I can assure you that the pool heater is very effective, keeping the water temperature at about 84F. We swam daily during our stay and the 4 year old in our group who gets cold easily in a pool, lasted for up to an hour at a time. The yard felt very private. If the weather is poor and it is not tempting to use the outside space, the indoor common space is nicely laid out but could be tight for a group of 6 adults, but works very well for a group of 4. While nicely decorated and with comfy beds, the two smaller bedrooms are better suited for sleeping than hanging out. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt very safe. Albertsons is close by for groceries, as are other choices including a delightful Mexican grocery. For restaurant choices, a car drive is needed.

  I rented the house for a three day weekend, I loved my stay so much that I have already booked a week for next year! The house is clean, comfortable and well decorated. You have everything you need including a shark in the pool.. (ok floatly toy). Plenty of areas to dine outside and BBQ. I spent almost my entire time on the outdoor patio. I highly recommend this to anyone. For me, I was looking for a nice pool, a quite safe area so that I could relax, and relax I did. I didn't want to leave, the owners are very responsive, I called because I had a problem turning the TV on, but I am remote challanged, they called me back within 10 minutes and I was watching my favorite program. I will be renting this house for years to come.

  We came south for a family gathering involving our son and daughter-in-law, and her mother and sister. The three full bedrooms, all with excellent-sized and quality beds, were very welcome. No one had to sleep on a couch. The house was easy to find and easy to access, with the lockbox, containing the key, easy to open on the first try. The weekend was spent mostly simply laying back and "vegging" and the house was perfect for that, all the way from the beautiful and good-sized pool, the quiet of the neighborhood, and the exceedingly well-equipped kitchen. And, since the temp was 100 degrees and hotter, the well-functioning cooling equipment was important for us. Lastly, an Albertson's Grocery store is located conveniently close by. The house is under a flight-path of the Palm Springs Airport, although we heard no planes after about 8:30 PM or before about 7:30 AM in the morning, so this was not much of an irritant. Actually, during the day, it was fun watching the planes taking off over us, while we were outside in the pool area. One of our favorite features was the plentiful supply of tables and chairs, both inside and out, and the goodly number of chaise lounges. The amount of shaded patio area was also very welcome during the hot days. All-in-all, the house was as advertised, with accurate pictures and descriptions of amenities. It had posters and other decorative items tied to Palm Springs and the fifties and the sixties (for those of us who are old enough to remember those those times). Good job, owners.

  Fabulous place! Clean, quiet and fully appointed with all the latest modern gadgets. Easy access to all Palm Springs attractions but honestly, with a place like this, with a pool like this house has, we preferred staying at home! Super easy walk to the grocery store (Albertson's). The only thing that stops me from giving an excellent rating was the Jersey sheets on the bed. They were a little warm for my preferences. I would have preferred regular sheets that kept me cooler. Otherwise a terrific stay. Bert was kind, easy to work with and available to answer all my questions. Don't hesitate to book a stay here!
