  The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. It included a few upscale features including a spa,and decorator bedding. The rooms were above average in size and well appointed with tasteful art work and draperies. The furniture was comfortable and stylish. The wood flooring was attractive and added to the overall ambience. The kitchen was well appointed with everything a renter could ask for. Parking was plentiful and having a pool to use at no additional charge was an added luxuary. The grounds were well kept and the condo opened up to a pond at the rear of the property. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful yet adjacent to major arteries to any activity you could ask for. I would return to this property without any reservation.

  We once again had a wonderful vacation at this condo! The atmosphere was great. This year we got to use the pool as we went later and had a great time with other guests and residents. Hope to return next year. Thank you Bill and Trudie for letting us stay.

  We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo looked like the pictures posted! The person who designed it did so with comfort in mind. We are hoping to make this a yearly vacation spot as we are ticket holders to the Dover race (only a 30 min. drive). This unit is close to everything,The beaches,shopping,and resturants.

  What a great rental! The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. We had a wedding to attend at Nassau winery so it was conveniently located between the winery and the beach!! The owners are very friendly and accommodating, which was a major plus with this rental. Thanks! We'll definitely be back during the summer:)

  We stayed here this summer for a week long baseball tournament at the Sports at the Beach complex. The unit was very convenient to the complex; about a 20 minute drive. The unit is very clean and the furnishings are nice and in good condition. The kitchen is well stocked and it's very easy to stay in and have a great meal. We own a condo in Naples, Fl and are very familiar with beach town pricing, but Rehoboth is expensive, so eating in is highly recommended! The dryer broke while we were there, and the owners were very responsive to the problem. We had a new dryer the same day. My only recommendation would be new sheets and towels. They were really worn and in need of replacement. This condo is close to the Lewes beach area and Cape Henlopen which is much nicer than Rehoboth.... much more family oriented and laid back. Overall, it was a great week and we enjoyed our stay.

  This condo was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. It was the perfect location for our trip. Close to the beach and also close to Georgetown for our sports at the beach tournament. We had great communication with the owner from the very beginning answering all my questions and providing good directions. Very close to anything you would need, restaurants, grocery store, outlet shopping and more. I would recommend this to any large family instead of a hotel. It was great having a full kitchen and plenty of room for sleeping.

  10-27-05 We had a wonderful week in your condo and felt pampered...the amenities were superb. You've done a great job in making people feel at home. We used the condo as our base as we explored wildlife refuges in Deleware & Md. For any birders out there, 13 Avocets were sighted on 10/26/05 along with thousands of snow geese and immature bald eagles.
