  We stayed at this property with our extended family of 8 to celebrate a milestone anniversary and birthday. The house was absolutely perfect. With 8 of us plus one dog, it never felt crowded. The house is gorgeous, and the beachfront location and proximity to many restaurants could not have been better. House was stocked with everything you'd expect in a 5 star hotel, and more. I would definitely recommend this property.

  This property was immaculate with everything on hand you might need. The home is beautiful, the kitchen totally equipped, the location very nice and the owner more than helpful. There were ten of us and everyone found themselves very comfortable in the bedrooms. The house is very well maintained. The beach toys and bikes were perfect. I would recommend this property to any family on vacation.

  We wrack our brains to try to come up with enough adjectives to describe this wonderful home. Not only is this home beautiful and amazingly spotless, it comes with everything a person could possibly need. Want to cook a huge feast? Everything you will need is in this kitchen. Need extra beach towels or extra linens? No problem. They have thought of everything and then some. Layout is wonderful and spacious. We were 4 adults and 4 children and everyone had room to roam. Coffee every morning on the rooftop deck overlooking the ocean was definately a highlight, as well as watching all the kite surfers. The owners of this home were extremely accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. Rent this home and it will definately be a memorable experience. A great time was had by all and we will definately be back!! Thanks for everything!

  This home has EVERYTHING! We rented the home with our dear friends and the home was a perfect fit for 2 families of five. Plan on cooking in this top of the line kitchen and bring jackets to enjoy the roof top deck in the evening. I have rented several ocean front homes in Surfside and this one was perfect. The location is practically ocean front but with a convenient area in the alley for the kids to skateboard and easy access for friends to stop by and join us at the beach. Lastly, the owner was a pleasure to work with and every detail was addressed in a timely manner.

  My family and I had planned a stay in Catalina for our kids spring break, but our rental had some issues and with 5 days notice we had to change our plans. Looked at literally 100s of places trying to find something that would work for our family of 4 and we got incredibly lucky to find this house. It's amazing. Huge home, seems almost brand new. Beautifully done throughout the entire house. Kitchen is amazing, master bathroom tub and master bedroom/bathroom are awesome, with a great view out to the beach. Great location. Seal Beach has a handful of nice local restaurants within walking distance. The beach is about 10 paces from the back gate. The house is well equipped...beach towels, some beach toys for kids, beach chairs, outdoor shower, bikes, etc. Two huge TVs, Blue Ray, Netflix, PC (in our case, so our kids could play on nickjr.com, etc), etc. The rooftop is incredible. The weather wasn't great while we were there (April 2012), so we didn't get a chance to use it much, but I really want to go back in the summer. View of the beach and sunsets are great. Very, very cool place to stay.

  Had a great time at this house. It's modern, located in a great community, and has wonderful views and access to the beach. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 2 children, and everyone was very impressed w/ the property. The owner was VERY accommodating. I'd certainly recommend this property to my friends and family.

  We gathered 4 generations in this beautiful home. Everything about this home is first rate and thoughtful, from the baby bed and children's sand toys to the spacious kitchen to the roof-top fireplace and gas grill with 360 views from Catalina Island to Mount Baldy. We will be back.

  We were part of a group of two other couples and one small child who rented this wonderful house December 23-26, 2011. Everything was perfect! Beautiful home, perfectly appointed and very comfortable. "Common areas" (kitchen into great room) were spacious and lovely. Bedrooms offered privacy and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Gorgeous sunsets viewed from the roof every evening (we had beautiful weather durng our stay). It was fun for family memebers living in Seal Beach to "visit" us in our luxurious "home."

  My family of seven adults stayed here for six days during the winter holidays in 2011. It's our 4th or 5th stay at a VRBO property. Best yet! Even though it's not, technically, beachfront, the location feels that way because it's on a cul-de-sac that opens to the beach. Great views from the Living Room, MBR and Rooftop. We walked to surfing every day. We stayed with our adult chidren who loved it. Walked to dinner on three nights. The decor is top notch. Beautful stone tiling everwhere. The kitchen is amazing...now my wife wants to redo our kitchen. It has 4 bedroom, but sleeping 10 is a little ambitous unless your guests don't mind a couch. A sleeper sofa would be nice. Nice touches included a bottle of wine upon arrival, an amazing 65 inch TV set, wireless internet, board games, nice beach chairs and towels, and an outdoor shower with hot water. Owner was responsivie, attentive. Great experience all around. We're going to make a beach house rental an annual holiday tradition.

  The beach house was great. Every detail to make you feel like you are at home. The furnishings were perfect and the house is a pleasure to entertain. We had a total of 15 people for thanksgiving and everyone had a great time.
