Surfside house description

This new, modern, luxurious beach home is only 15 steps from the sand at one of Southern California’s rare, private beach communities. 2,500 sq/ft of comfortable living space. Spacious private master suite upstairs, large spa bath, private balcony, and ocean views. There is a 2nd master downstairs with walk-in closet. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with queen beds, sharing a Jack n Jill bath. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, prep island w/ sink, concrete counters, & stylish cabinets. The open floor plan has high ceilings that only a basketball player would appreciate. The 4th floor roof deck is a great place to entertain friends with its 360 degree panoramic views. There is a gas bar-b-que and outdoor fireplace. Downstairs has a private patio with a private outdoor shower. We recently purchased this “one of a kind” property and have decided to rent it on a limited basis. Construction on the home was completed in 2009. The furnishings and appliances are new. Parking inside the colony is limited to 2 vehicles in the garage and 1 space just in front. However, since the home is located at the south end, your guest can park outside the colony in the adjacent green belt parking lot just behind the Harbor House Café. The home is in a gated community so you will need to check in at the gate and register. You can enjoy the semi-private side of the beach or if you want more action, Sunset Beach is just steps away. The property overlooks Anderson Street and is directly west of the historic 'Water Tower'. The home is not directly on the sand but only a few feet away.
Note: Recently, the City of Seal Beach and the homeowners association have outlawed short term rentals under 30 days. Sorry, but all future rentals must exceed this mandatory ordinance.

We welcome visitors from around the world and will try our best to exceed your expectations! Drive Time To Airports: Long Beach Airport 15 min, John Wayne Airport 30 min, LAX Airport 45-60 minutes.
