Nestled in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains and surrounded by 63 holes of spectacular desert golf is our luxuriously furnished home. Here you will find everything you need to make your stay perfect and relaxing.

You will wake up to the sun coming over the tops of the Catalina Mountains that can be seen from the master bedroom. You can enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you relax on the covered patio and ponder your day in paradise.

Our 2450 square foot home is a Dakota model with two separate living areas (great room and family room). Three over-sized bedrooms will sleep seven (king, queen, two twins and a twin sofa sleeper). Three flat screen TV’s (2 with DVD players), a fully equipped gourmet kitchen where you can practice your culinary skills, and a dinner party sized dining room provide you with all the comforts of your own home. A covered patio with seating for six and a large gas BBQ will make outdoor entertaining a breeze.

You will be just a short distance away from the beautiful Mountain View Country Club and its amenities which include a large pool, spa, and dining facilities. You can also walk to the new Desert View Community Center where you will find state of the art workout facilities and another outdoor pool. Be sure to ask Dan Rhodes (center manager) for assistance in using the "circuit" or for information on any classes you would like to attend.
You can also experience our newest golf course; The Preserve Country Club which is quickly becoming one of the most talked about new courses in the Tucson area. It will certainly test all aspects of your game (We can speak from personal experience!) A variety of shopping and great restaurants are also within a short drive.

Above all, we want to make sure your experience while visiting our home in Saddlebrooke will inspire you to tell your friends and to return for a longer visit in the future. Who knows, you might want to join us and become neighbors.

The Martins' home is perfectly designed for living- especially with the two sleeping wings separated for utmost quiet and privacy. They have stocked this home with quality items, from tasteful local art to top-notch cookware, corkscrews, and knives. Saddlebrooke is truly a well-planned community, filled wtih friendly people. Our brief two-generation holiday in the Martins' home will be a cherished memory forever.

And enjoyed the use of the outdoor grill, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Your home was so well-equipped with everything imaginable to provide your guests with all the comforts of home - and more! You thought of EVERYTHING! Your decor was lovely, and the views spectacular. We especially loved the views from the patio in the early evening...so quiet and peaceful.   • We stayed at this new home from Jan.-April of 2006. It far exceeded our expectations in every way. The home is spacious, the decor very pleasant, and well stocked for every need. The view of the mountains from the back patio was superb.the community was very friendly. we were able to use all the facilities including 3 golf courses, restaurants,educational programs, movies,exercise programs and more.
