This spacious unit has a prime location for Park City's numerous activities. Located in Historic Old Town, it is only four blocks walk to Park City Mountain Resort Center, and 11/2 blocks to ski run to the Town Lift. Main Street's many shops and restaurants are a comfortable walk, as well. Great views of Old Town! The grocery store may be accessed by Park City's great free bus system and Taxi's. NO NEED FOR A CAR! If you do bring a vehicle, this home offers a heated two car garage!
This home is very unique, unlike most ski homes where space is limited, at over 2800 square feet, you will find it very spacious! As, vacationers have told us, "It's nice to travel with friends, without having to know their sleeping habits!" Here you won't!
The very open kitchen, dining, great room has attractive, real, wood burning fireplace (wood provided in the garage), large television, 14 foot vaulted ceilings, and views overlooking the City. The dining areas comfortably seat 11.
The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, and private balcony. The master bath, and second guest bathroom, have slate floors and counters. The remaining four bedrooms consist of: two rooms containing queen beds, one containing two queen beds, and one containing a king bed. It must be noted that all bedrooms have high ceilings, and feel very roomy. With all rooms having cable TV's plus VCR's, everyone can be as private as they wish.
Our large outdoor hot tub, and patio were added in 2004-2005 ski season. Making the home even more enjoyable. |
