Come on down and relax and feel the sand between your toes in beautiful South Padre Island. This is the perfect place to get away from it all. We are directly across the street from the beach, and there is an empty beachfront lot across from us. It's like being beachfront without the prices! You get the convenience and the view!
We completely remodeled the entire six condo building in 2011. Everything is new and high quality. Even better, is our location. There are no hotels around us, so the beach is not as crowded and the neighborhood is quiet.
We have designated parking. We have designate parking and we are within walking distance to movie theater and Wanna Wanna Inn.
After a long day on the beach, you can watch a movie on our 42 inch HDTV and Blu-Ray player. Or play one of the games we provide or read one of our books.
Do you need to work from here, using the computer is easy with our wireless internet connection. Our condos are pet friendly and kid friendly. They are also great for a romantic getaway. Are you setting up a girls' weekend or reunion? You can rent out an entire floor or the whole building and have a private vacation!
We have a large swimming pool with seating in it and a tanning ledge. We HEAT the pool in the winter. We also have a spacious spa and a pool house that has an outdoor kitchen.

We had an amazing time!! The accommodations were fabulous.. Very clean and beautiful! The whole experience was great... I was very impressed with the finishes of the condo. It was much nicer than I expected. Great location near the beach. The pool was clean and private. We enjoyed an evening grilling and having the pool to ourselves.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Simply the best place to stay!! Everything you can imagine you will need is here. The condos are spacious, well maintained, excellent location. All you need to do is drive and dive. Whether its into the gulf right across the road, or the huge swimming pool. Furniture in the condos are more than relaxing after a day at the beach. This was our second time to stay at San Andres after coming to SPI for 7 years in a row. We are already planning on staying again in 2013. This is simply the best place to stay. April is great communicator and easy to work with. I can't say enough about how much we enjoy staying here!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I can't express in words how nice this place was. When my family walked in we were so pleased with how clean it was and the view it had. We are a very picky family about the cleanliness of places and this was just perfect! Great location! Everything was perfect. The condo was clean, exactly as represented, comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. All we had to add was the food. We grilled at the pool grill one night and that was wonderful. I don't have one negative comment. It was all perfect and April, so glad we got to meet with you and chat for a while. I look forward to returning next year. Special recommendation, Joe's Oyster Bar in Port Isabel was excellent. If you like oysters on the half shell that is the place to get them as well as the freshest fish either eat there or buy and grill back at the condo.Did you find this review helpful? The place is "new". It was clean and all amenities were better than advertised. The location is great, and the large new pool complex is beautiful and a welcome respite from the nearby sand and surf. A friend and I stayed in this condo during a prolonged work related stint in Brownsville. The customer service, professionalism, flexibility and timely interaction of April and the other owners was so much appreciated during our longer stay. The condos are beautiful, hands down some of the nicest we saw from the furniture, to sleeping quarters, to the wonderful pool and outdoor grill area. Without a doubt, if visiting SPI in the future I would definitely rent from San Andres condos again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We love fishing, diving, looking for dolphins, splashing in the waves, and eating lots and lots of seafood. Our two daughters and dog feel the same way. We can't think of a better way to spend the day, then on South Padre Island.
Why the Owner Chose San Andres:
We love the island and we love these condos! We come to South Padre as much as possible. When we found these condos, we knew they were the right place for us. We looked for the right vacation place for 4 years, before settling on these!
We hope you love staying here as much as we do!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore! We love piling up in the big king size bed for 'movie night' and making pancakes for breakfast with the griddle!
