A beautiful two bedroom two bath with queen-size sleeper sofa is located in a 43 acre gated destination resort with 24 hour security. The resort borders the Gulf of Mexico on the South side and Highway 98 on the North side. We are on beautiful Holiday Isle within two blocks of 20 restaurants, Winn Dixie, Walgreen's and only six blocks from Big Kahuna Water Park.
We have 1100 feet of private beach with our own beachside grill and pavilion. On site kayak, waverunner, water toy rental. We have five swimming pools three hot tubs and six tennis courts. If boating is your thing here is a biggie, we have a canal where you can park your boat or waverunner free of charge. We have a free nine hole par three pitch and putt golf course that winds through the resort. If you love Cajun food we have the Louisiana Lagniappe restaurant on-site at our marina overlooking the Destin harbor. The grounds of the resort are full of palm trees and beautiful tropical plants and shrubs. Parking is right at your front door (no waiting for elevators). Our unit is surrounded by the golf course and canal on three sides and your parking and swimming pool on the forth side giving you some distance from your neighbors. The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The SandPiper community is very family friendly. We have three full time 24 hour security guards that look after our guests and have a six foot privacy fence around the entire property. The children can feel safe while they run and play.

Our family loved Destin and The Sandpiper Cove was the perfect place for us. Our teenage sons loved the golf course. They fished in the harbor and caught squid. It was great having a pool right out your front door. The beach was clean and beautiful. The little tiki bar had good food and cold drinks. Traveling to the Harborwalk was a lot of fun. Great restaurants and fun shops. Walking through the marina is a must do! We even went deep sea fishing and AJs cooked our catch for us when we returned. The condo’s owner, Steve, made everything easy for us. He even called to make sure that everything was alright. His place was clean and well furnished. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit! We couldn’t have been happier.
