  My wife and I just finished a wonderful one month stay at Jim and Linda's condo in the Blackrock condo development alongside the Blackrock nine of the Sunbrook Golf Club. The back patio is on the ground level and looks out onto the 8th. hole tee box. The VRBO description of the condo does not go nearly far enough in describing the magnificent views we enjoyed every day sitting out on the patio after a round of golf. The view is absolutely stunning. The black lava rocks of the golf course give way to ridge after ridge of red cliffs, more red cliffs, then the higher mountains in the background. To say we were happy is an understatement. The listing description was very accurate and we had no problem in finding the condo. We were right across from the lovely club house with a wonderful swimming pool which we really enjoyed when the weather was warm. When we arrived at the condo we found it to be very clean and welcoming. We were very pleased to find a well equipped kitchen as we normally do a lot of cooking and really enjoyed the patio gas BBQ. We felt completely at home at the condo and had a wonderful month's stay. We are trying to rent from Jim and Linda again for next year and certainly would recommend the condo to anyone. We loved it.

  The condo provided an absolutely wonderful stay during our visit to St. George, Utah. It was clean, extremely well-equipped, attractive, comfortable, spacious, quiet, and convenient. The owners were so helpful when providing directions to the condo, accommodating our late arrival, and making certain we were comfortable. There were so many positive qualities, that I do not know where to begin -- the open kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar; the comfortable beds; the lighted, magnified mirror in the awesome master bath with the huge garden tub; the washer/dryer; the two large televisions (my husband especially enjoyed those); the free available wi-fi; the beautiful view; and the private garage. We were able to visit the north rim of the Grand Canyon as well as several other sites while we were there. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends, and, in fact, I already have. It was one of the most pleasant stays we have ever had and we definitely plan to return.

  Our stay in St. George couldn't have been better. We had such a great time here! Jim and Linda take great pride in providing the best of accommodations - the condo was very relaxing, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was close to everything we like to do - golfing, walking and hiking, sight seeing and shopping. On the occasions we liked to eat out we didn't have far to go and one of our favorite restaurants, Don Pedros, is even within walking distance. The property is very quiet, clean and well maintained and the owners couldn't have been more prompt and helpful with the questions or concerns we had. The views from the condo and patio were wonderful and we just couldn't get enough of them. We are definitely staying here again!!

  We spent a month at Jim and Linda's condo at Blackrock. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, including info about golf courses, and about the area. Next time we are interested in visiting St George, I know who we will call first.

  The unit was exactly as advertised. Convenient to local scenic, sports and, dining venues but maintaining the privacy and beauty of the area. The owners have done an excellent job of maintaining the unit. It met my wife's high standards so, I am confident it will meet anyone's! If you love golf, hiking, biking or, just "vegging" you will love your time spent here.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  I just finished a 7 week stay. I am having a hard time leaving. the black rock complex is beautifully landscaped, set in a very pleasing neighborhood, and very quiet. The condo itself has a wow view of the red rocks and golf course and is very pleasantly furnished. Every conceivable cleaning supply, cooking utensil and linen is provided. This is my third stay in St. George and this has been far and away the best place I have stayed. Jim and Linda were very accessable and easy to work with.

  Linda - thank you so much for offerring such a beautiful property on VRBO. This condo was by far one of the most beautiful and cleanest properties we have ever stayed in. Your condo included everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving Dinner as well as any other ammenities that we could have asked for. The decor was beautiful and honestly so clean I couldn't believe it (an I am picky with cleanliness). You were so great to work with and I really appreciate that. Thank you so much!

  This is a wonderful condo, Great location , Quiet, Really Really clean, Comfortable furnishings , and well appointed. This was our second stay in the last 2 years and we hope to keep coming back. Linda is very accommodating & easy to contact. You will not find better in St George nor will you find a better price for this kind of quality.

  We were relocating to St. George, Utah and it was just difficult to find a place for us while in Pittsburgh, PA. My husband found the VRBO site, was impressed with the photos and with our luck, was available for 2 months. The condo is fully furnished, stocked and clean! It was an easy transition for us. It was so peaceful and beautiful to sit out on the patio. It faces the golf course and the magnificent views of the canyons. Jim and Linda, how I wish that I could have met them personally, are so nice and very professional with all their dealings with us. They are easily reached if you needed something from them. I highly recommend staying in their condo. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.
