  My husband and I stayed here for two weeks, the beginning of December 2012. It was perfect for the two of us. The unit has everything you might possibly need. The condo complex was also very nice, well kept, and the pool was awesome. There are some really good restaurants in the area, and of course lots of golf courses. We would love to return in the near future!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

  Cozy condo located in a gated community, well appointed, and clean. Features were as described. Kitchen, laundry, and safe were a plus. Community clubhouse is large with separate child/adult pools, fitness center, and play area. If you have a car, it's only 5 minutes to downtown La Quinta, and 15 minutes to the freeway. Overall, a great stay!

  My husband and I stayed a week in this beautiful condo. It is immaculate, modern and perfect. Everything you can imagine needing is included - having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances modern and clean. WIFI and cable TV a real bonus! Just steps from one of the many pools and jacuzzis. Closely located to shopping, spas, golf, dining and easy access to main highways. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The on site management and gatekeeper friendly and helpful. The condo was so comfortable that we felt like we lived in Palm Springs for a week! The owner is wonderful - she answered every question promptly and was so easy to work with. We ended up feeling like she was a friend. We highly recommend this condo and owner and can't wait to stay there again!!

  We always enjoy visiting La Quinta and were very pleased with the condo at Legacy Villas. The condo met our expectations, it was very clean and the owner thought of everything to make our visit comfortable. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen was very modern and very nice appliances. The entire Legacy complex is very beautiful and the swimming pools were refreshing. We have stayed at the La Quinta Resort before and thought the grounds and condos at Legacy Villas was comparable. The owner was very prompt in answering all our questions, and we appreciated the champagne chilling in the fridge. We would definitely recommend friends to stay there and we will stay there again.

  My Husband, little one and I stayed at this adorable little condo and had a great time! We were there for a friends wedding and Legacy Villas was the perfect place to stay! The condo itself was comfortable and easily accessible! The layout was great and very homey! The owners were great and made the stay easy and stress free!! We will for sure be back!

  Wow! This condo was amazing. It is in PERFECT condition. We have stayed in several rental condos and this is by far the nicest one we have seen. No stained carpets or chipped granite here. It is very well equipped. Loved the washer/dryer and it was nice to have a safe. We mentioned to each other many times during our stay how the owners had thought of everything. The grounds at LV are very nice too. The fitness room is top notch. One of the nicest surprises for us was that they do not allow smoking at the pools. We would return for that reason alone. Finally, you will not find a better owner to deal with for your vacation rental. Terri is great and made the entire transaction effortless. We will definitely be back. Thank you Terri.

  This condo is very clean with comfortable furniture and beds and a kitchen stocked with a good supply of equipment. The grounds at Legacy Villas are a pleasure to walk around. Most of all our kindergartner and we enjoyed the many pools to choose from...kid pool, lap pools, hot tubs, you name it. The gym has several treadmills and elliptical machines as well as some weight machines and hand weights. It was fun to watch the little bats flying above the trees at twilight and the star gazing was great in the evenings. The owners of this condo were very helpful and friendly. Legacy Villas is conveniently located for activities, restaurants and shopping, but a car is a must. We would stay here again!

  We very much enjoyed our 10 day stay at Legacy Villas. Great location and very relaxing environment. We found the condo clean, quiet and very comfortable. Kudos to Teri for making the arrangements hassle free!

  This La Quinta condo is in a great location. The condo is very well supplied and appointed with everything you need. The grounds are lovely and there are wonderful places to walk and bike nearby. We hope to return.
