Family Friendly, Spacious Beach House Near Downtown Charleston

  I stayed here in June, 2013 with a group of 13 other 30-something women for a girls/bachelorette weekend. This home was PERFECT. Close to the action, yet removed enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean (which is just across the street). The rooms were clean, well-kept, and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking at home when we didn't want to go out. There was plenty of room for us all to congregate in either of the 2 living areas or the lower porch. The porch on the top deck was smaller, but the view is fabulous! All dealings with the owner were easy and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again!!

  Our stay there was perfect! The rooms are very accommodating for larger groups, beautiful views, and great location. Only downfall was the layout of the kitchen but if you are looking to just relax on the beach there isn't much need for a large kitchen.

  Had a great time on our "Staycation!" The house was very spacious and clean...plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 children to move around. Beach was only a few footsteps away. Would definitely recommend this house for others.

  We stayed on Folly Beach with our extended family for a wedding. Plenty of room and great layout. Lots of space and very child friendly. Great sunrise and sunset views from the crows nest. Very close to the beach, downtown Folly Beach. Short drives to many golf courses and downtown Charleston. Highly recommend for family reunions, golf outings. Owners very easy to work with. Great vacation spot.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The house is really close to the beach. The beach is nice but it does have a lot of rocks. The house had plenty of room for everybody. The house is close to Charleston. We loved that there were come toys for kids there. We definitely want to come back again.

  With ten girls coming together for the weekend, this house was perfect & spacious enough for all the personalities to relax and have a good time!

  We have been renting this beach house for several years now, sometimes multiple times a year. It is the perfect location, nice big houes with plenty of space!! The multiple level deck is amazing, especially the third floor balcony-awesome for watching sunset or sunrise!!

  A beautiful facility. We enjoyed it very much. Large rooms, nicely appointed. Clean and comfortable. Nice location, close to the beach. The view from the "eagles nest" toward the ocean was excellent. Great place to wirness sunrises and sunsets also.

June and July are weekly rentals at $2,500/wk Sunday to Sunday
March, April, May, August rents for $300/night or $2,000/wk 3 night minimum stay
September - February rents for $250/night or $1,600/wk 3 night minimum stay
Deposit is $500 and is refunded if the house is left in good condition
Cancellations must be made 30 days before arrival to receive a refund of deposit
Holidays are subject to rate increase
Must be 25yrs of age to rent. No house parties allowed
