This immaculate, brand new condo is located on the 8th floor and has an incredible, unobstructed western view of the beach from a large balcony. You can literally see for miles down the beach from the 25 ft long (end to end) balcony. The view from the master bedroom is one of the best at the beach.
The Lighthouse is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama and is near entertainment, restaurants, and shopping including grocery stores (2 minutes to the new Walmart). Every amenity that you can imagine is here for you including: indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools (one lap pool and one zero entry pool that's great for the kids), exercise room, and of course a boardwalk to a beach covered with sugar white sand.
When you arrive you will be welcomed by cool tile floors through out the unit, tons of floor-to-ceiling glass windows, gulf views from both the master bedroom and the living area, and the largest 1 bedroom floorplan in the area with 875 square feet of living space (compared to most 1 bedrooms averaging less than 700 square feet).
The Guest Bunkroom is custom painted to look like the inside of a pirate ship. It has standard twin-sized bunk beds, a small dresser and a wall mounted flat panel LCD TV with DVD/VCR. A private guest bathroom with shower is next to the bunkroom.
The Gulf Front Master Bedroom is true luxury at the beach and has a complete wall of floor to ceiling glass overlooking the beach. It has a king-sized bed, TV with DVD/VCR and a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony for a view of the beach. Pamper yourself in the luxurious private master bathroom with his and her vanity, large walk-in closet, large whirlpool jetted garden tub, and separate shower.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, mixer, and a bar with seating for four. Four TV trays are also provided for dining or you can dine on the balcony at the table that seats six. A pantry and plenty of cabinets offer ample storage space for food and supplies. All utensils and dishware are furnished. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry closet with a full sized washer and dryer with iron, ironing board and dust buster.
The Living Area has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, flat screen TV with cable and a 5-disk DVD/CD surround sound stereo system. The living area also has a complete wall with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the beach. A telephone with free local service is provided along with a high speed DSL internet connection with free unlimited DSL use. A large sliding glass door opens to the balcony for unobstructed views for miles down the beach. The balcony has plenty of room for relaxing with a full patio set including large table with six chairs, a chez lounge and side table.
