  We loved our stay it was very comftable and clean! Had everything to make things more convenient for us! Our condo came with a fully loaded kitchen as an pots,plates,cups,cooking pans and ect.... Our bathroom had washer and dryer and beach towles! The pool was awesome and the kids loved how it had so many shallow parts to it for more fun in the sun! And Glenn(property owner) was really helpful and nice to any qeustions or concerns while we were there. This will be highly recommended to all of our family and friends for sure. Thanks again Glenn!

  Excellent choice for me-owners were great- place was immaculate and everything was close by. Too cool for pool, but that looked great also

  This is our third time staying at Palm Bay. Another great time. Very well maintianed property with close proximity to the pool and convenient for quick snacks and other needs. After a day at the beach the kids love to come and play in the pool onsite. Will be coming back again.

  Very cute condo. Easy to find, and we LOVED being on the island but still so close to Corpus Christi. The pool was easily the highlight of our vacation for my two little boys. :) We would love to visit again, and will be keeping the information on this rental for our own future use.

  We stayed here while in town for a track meet at Cabiness Field and it was wonderful. The townhome was stocked with everything we needed for the beach including a cooler and it was cozy and extremely clean. The pool at the complex was also very nice and we enjoyed the waterfalls and swim up table. We would definitely stay here again and many thanks to Glen!

  Fairly quiet place for the time of year. (Except there were a few drunk folks, with beer cans all over the pool area the first day we arrived). I never got to meet the owner, but he seemed professional through the phone and email. (Always willing to give some helpful info. about the area). The pool was delightful for my two young children when we wanted a break from the gulf. The condo is within walking distance to the beach...however we preferred to pay the $12.00 for the beach permit and park right on the sand. The place was modern and attractive. The amenities were great... I was impressed with all the clean towels and linens, dishes, and cook ware available. They don't officially have internet in the condo, but we were able to pick up a signal from the clubhouse. I would go back. Plus, it seems less expensive than Port A.

  Our family stayed a week at this condo in June 2012. The condo is clean, spacious for a 1-bedroom & stocked with lots of towels - which came in handy for our family of 4. Our kids loved the pool! The pool was warm and not crowded. The proximity to Whitecap Beach & restaurants is convenient. We highly recommend Black Sheep Bistro, which is within walking distance. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommend this property.

  This condo was exactly as the owners described. When we walked in, the air conditioning was cold, and the place was very clean. Everything looked just as it did in the photos, the bed and couch bed were comfortable, there were plent of towels, and all of the applicances worked like they should. There was also plenty of hot water - my family of 4 never ran out. The pool was even more fun than the pictures showed! My kids, 11 and 6, loved the different levels, and we loved the fact that there were several different shallow levels of the pool where we could actually put in our loungers. There were lots of things to do right around the area: we went to the beach, which was just a couple of minutes away (we found out that you have to pay a parking fee on the weekend). There was a putt-putt golf course, several restaurants, and the Padre Island National Seashore. There was also a CVS very close if you need or forgot anything. Overall we had a wonderful experience! Glen returned any of my email inquiries quickly, usually within about 30 minutes, and we have already recommended the condo to several of our friends. Hopefully, they will decide to visit North Padre and have as good and restful a time as we did!

  Overall experience was great. Condo was super clean, and comfortable for my wife, daughter, and I. Pool is nice and kid friendly. Beach is right down the road less than a mile. I would definitely stay here again, and refer to others.
