First-floor unit on east side of building with quick and easy access to boardwalk, beach, pool, Jacuzzi, grills, and parking. No steps to climb or elevators to wait for. Located directly north of entrance/breezeway (halfway down bldg.) and steps away from washer and dryer area. Unit 1145 gets the welcomed morning sun but not the unwanted afternoon sun. Nice view of gulf (at least 90 degrees) from private balcony. Our 24th (since 1985) year renting on our own. Tastefully decorated and continually updated over the years. Cable television in both the living room area and master bedroom. Kiva Dunes golf course is only a five iron away and numerous other golf courses are within a short drive. Town of Gulf Shores and its shopping and dining are only a fifteen-minute (12 miles) drive from the Plantation. Secluded resort with a great private beach.
