This condo unit comes with your own private assigned covered parking space right next to the main entrance! The absolute best parking available in the complex!
The master bedroom suite looks directly out to the ocean and has an in-suite master bathroom. Guest bathroom also has it's own in-suite bathroom complete with a shower.
Everything is stocked and ready to go, nothing to bring except clothes & food. The video & pictures tell it all.
Please note there is a minimum Three (3) month stay as required by the condo board, so weekly rentals are not available.

My husband, two kids (3&4) and I spent the summer in this condo and it was such a treat. The condo is directly oceanfront and you can see the lighthouse from the balcony and the property is super safe. The fireworks display on July 4th was spectacular; you could literally look up and down the coast and watch different fireworks displays from the other towns. The condo is very clean and the washer and dryer is just outside the door of the entrance to this condo and made it so very convienant. Also with this rental there is covered parking and the space is next to the front door which made parking a breeze. The maintenance staff is so super friendly and I enjoyed seeing them daily. The landlord was super easy to work with and very accomodating. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting south florida.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
