The photos don't do this place justice... it is beautiful! I'll never want to stay anywhere else when we visit the Quarter. Not only is the condo top-notch... Susan is professional, kind and efficient. We'll always recommend this as the best place to stay. Thanks Susan for everything!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Great condo especially if youre tired of staying at other places ( W, Royal Sonesta ) and want more space and better value in the quarter. The hotel staff cant be beat and are very friendly. The location is awesome for weddings at the cathedral, being a tourist on Bourbon, or going to Frenchman. Ive spent months at a time in New Orleans and this place is definitely one of the top places I have ever stayed. I usually dont stay in the quarter, but from now on anytime I do I will be calling Susan to book this condo!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My wife and I stayed here in November and had a wonderful time. The condo is very well-maintained and in excellent condition--renovated kitchen, comfortable living space, renovated bathroom, spacious bedroom. All well-appointed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Private balcony on Chartres with views of St. Louis, Hotel Monteleone, and the CBD. Shared balcony (although we never saw anyone else out there) on Ursulines with great views of the convent and the Beaureard-Keyes House. Close to everything (Jackson Square, the Marigny, Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop, French Market). While the condo is certainly in the more residential part of the Quarter, we never felt unsafe or isolated at night walking around. Hotels in the area, as well as ghost tours and carriage tours keep the neighborhood from being too quiet. This property is connected to the Hotel Provincial, which allows access to their pools, breakfast area, and bar. We will definitely stay here again, have recommended the property to all our family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I couldn't have been more impressed with this condo, the living room has a great open feel with nice comfortable furniture. Large bedroom with aircon throughout the whole apartment. Being within the grounds beautiful old hotel I always felt safe. The location is very central but not amongst the screaming crowds, though you do tend to hear the same stories from the tour guides as it is next to the Ursuline Convent a staple on the tour route. I loved to head the 2 blocks to the Mississippi River for a morning or evening walk. Susan was very helpful, she has done a great job - DEFINITELY choose this place if you are staying a week or more - it feels like home.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We decided to book this condo for our first visit to NOLA, and what a great choice we made! The location can't be beat with everything within walking distance. The large bedroom and bath are upstairs so anyone with climbing issues could have a problem. We loved our views from the two balconies although we couldn't use them because it was SO cold while we were there. There were Mardi Gras beads and coins strewn on the balconies which we loved since we were there after the event. The entire unit was very comfortable and we thought of it as home. Try Irene's Cuisine around the corner....oh my. We also went to Three Muses on Frenchmen for dinner and jazz, great fun. We traveled on all three streetcars through town and enjoyed that experience. We did a swamp tour and two plantation tours (Laura and Oak Alley) and would highly recommend both. And the Southern hospitality is amazing! We loved NOLA (despite the weather) and we hope to return. Thanks Susan!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed in this convenient, attractive condo for the month of January. Because we had been to New Orleans many times and were there for a long stretch, we were pleased that it was unusually spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. However, if we were to visit New Orleans for a short period of time, we'd still want to stay there because it's near everything that we like to do. French Quarter restaurants are all within walking distance as well as the aquarium, the park along the Mississippi River, the French Market and the U.S. Mint Museum where we saw several free jazz concerts. We had our breakfast coffee on the balcony most mornings and watched the endlessly fascinating parade of people go by. We also enjoyed the horse drawn tour carriages that passed under the balcony and once were delighted to see a wedding party march out of the nearby church and march behind a band up the street to wherever their reception was being held. This is an excellent short or long-term home away from home.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

I love this place. Susan was a delight to deal with and place was magnificent. The parking was included which worked out great for us. The hotel staff was, let's just say, relaxed. But things worked out just fine. The place is great.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Recently stayed here on a business trip as an alternative to the more expensive traditional hotel options (like JW Marriott and Ritz Carlton). Reservation process with Susan was painless and quick. Check in at hotel was a breeze. The location is fantastic - one of New Orleans' finest restaurants (Stella) is on the ground floor. Walking distance to all the shopping on Royal, touristy spots along Decatur and the French Market, and the action on Bourbon. Accommodations were comfortable and adequate - but not super high end, which is fine with me. Bathroom in unit is a little small - shower only - no tub. Photography throughout the unit is spectacular. Didn't make use of the kitchen, but this is a nice amenity if you wanted to make use of it. This is a relatively quiet spot within the French Quarter, but still was awoken to the road sounds outside in the morning. Overall, very happy with the location and the experience and would repeat.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I came to NOLA for the first time ever, to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, and we could not have picked a better place to stay! We loved relaxing on the balconies in the morning drinking incredible NOLA coffee with amazing French pastries while watching horse and buggies go by, looking down 4 different directions of the historic French Quarter. We felt so fortunate to have this wonderful place to stay and it was within comfortable walking distance to anything and everything,(including the Trolley) we wanted to see and hear. We highly recommend this beautiful Condo...you'll find it hard to leave! Don't miss Preservation Hall, it's an experience in itself! Get in line 1 hour early,(at 7pm)...it's worth it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
