Virtually brand new home with breathtaking 270 degree water views perfect for two families. Sit on one of three decks and watch the Ocean City skyline and listen to the water lap against the dock! Launch your own boat at the community boat ramp and dock next to your vacation home. Tie up your kayaks, crab and fish from the wrap around dock.
Dual DISH Hopper system allows you to watch up to four terabytes of content at any of four TV locations.
Two kings, two queens, three twins and a double. All bedrooms except bunk room have private baths. There is a Pack & Play available for babies but bring a sheet just in case. Fenwick Island & Ocean City beaches within a mile.
Bring your own linens and towels. $1,000 security deposit & 50% rent due at booking. Balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Renters insurance required ($89 in 2012).

Our week at Fenwick Island was indescribable. The house was so far above expectation. We have stayed in many vacation rentals through the years and this one was honestly the best. Everything is high end and the location is amazing. The owners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. If you're planning on vacationing at the beach this is definitely the place you want to stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I met while working in Delaware and we loved visiting the beaches when we lived there. This was the first time we had been back in 5 years and we brought our toddler, newborn, 6 "grandparents", as well as my brother-in-law and his two children. We all agreed that the pictures posted do not do this house justice. It was beautiful and decorated very nicely as well. There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway and we fit a fifth in one side of the garage. The first floor has a queen bedroom with attached bathroom and a room with 2 twin beds with a detached bathroom. These 2 rooms share a deck with the hammocks pictured. The second floor has a beautiful king master with attached bathroom containing a stacked washer/dryer unit. There is a big screen television, computer, and deck. The second floor also contains a wonderfully stocked kitchen (updated fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, large sink, coffee pot, and even a rice cooker and crock pot) with a huge granite island seating 8. The open floor plan has a kitchen table with 4 more seats, and a living area with comfortable seating for 7. The deck has a table with seating for 6 as well as a few additional outdoor seating options. The view was beautiful and peaceful. It can be windy which was perfect on the hotter days but you might want to pack something a little heavier to wear on the deck at night or when the temperature dips down. There is also a half-bath on the second floor. On the third floor there is a queen bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with a bunk bed without a bathroom (twin on top with a 150# weight limit and a full on bottom), and a king master. The master has an attached bathroom, a big screen television, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, and a private deck. Throughout the house there are plenty of places for storage. The owners went above and beyond! They put together a book of helpful information and have conveniently labeled light switches and left laminated instructions in appropriate places talking you through things like using the televisions/dvd players/internet. They met us there to welcome us and give us a tour, called later in the week to check on us, and asked us at the end of the week if there was anything they could have done better. We would recommend this place without hesitation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

My wife and I (along with our 3 year old) are newly converted Delaware/Maryland shore people. We spent our youth going to the Jersey shore with the family, and after 2 years in a row we are just much more happy there. Even though our families own property in Jersey, we have been going to Delaware for the past 2 summers. Enough for the Chamber of Commerce plug. We rented this house for a week in mid-August. The first thing I will tell you is that it does not photograph well - the pictures on this page, and even my own, do not show you how amazing the view is from the decks. The inside photographs are also not doing any favors. The house itself is immaculate inside. It is very tastefully decorated. There are 2 nice bedrooms on the 1st floor with a large deck, a huge main room (kitchen/dining room/living room common area) and a master bedroom on the second, and 3 more bedrooms on the 3rd - a 2nd master with its own deck. You could easily bring a bunch of people, then hide from them if necessary! Outside, 2 of 4 sides of the house are along the bulkhead, with a nice wrap-around dock from which to crab, fish or just sit. You are a 2 minute straight shot drive to the beach at Fenwick Island, a 2 minute 30 second drive to Ocean City. If you like quiet and great views, this is the place for you. And, you are only minutes from all the noise and activity you could ever want. As a nice bonus, the owners are about the nicest people you will ever deal with in a rental scenario. We will be back here in 2012 for certain.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.
