Condo was very accurately described in the listing. The condo is very clean, comfortable and includes anything you need. They even provide beach towels and chairs.I would recommend this condo to anyone. There are many restaurants that provide weekday lunch and dinner specials. Some of our favorites are Daddy's, Coconuts, Parrot Eyes, Hilton Garden Inn, Padreritaville, Pier 19, Tom and Jerry's, and Big Boys. Laguna Bob has good food and fantastic views of the Bay and sunsets. The owners, Jim and Maggie Powell were great to work with and very helpful.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Wonderful condo with everything needed for a relaxing beach get away. Plenty of room for 2 teenagers in the second room and plenty of beach. Loved the covered parking. No standing in line to check in or out. Restaurants are exceptional. We ate at Blackbeards, Amberjacks, PadreRitaVille, Louie's Backyard and ordered out pizza from D'Pizza Joint. Recommend them all. The Friday night fireworks on the bay were a great ending to the week. Teenage boys got around the island on the free bus and had a blast.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

my family and i stayed at this wonderful condo- the views are great and the location is great! the condo is very clean. the owner is the best she is very nice and considerate and a joy to rent from- looking forward to renting again!! my father is disabled and his wheelchair was just fine in the condo and he loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean and the people.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

My family and I had the privilege of staying at this condo during the 4th of July weekend 2011. The owner was very pleasant and easy to work with and although we needed no further help from her, there was always the sense that she would be very responsive. The condo was exactly as described and very clean. Location was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who asks about it in the future.Owner response: Hi Jeff & Family ! We had the opportunity to stay at this location and it was wonderful. Great views, location and very well taken care of. Easy access to the beach, pool and hot tub were cleaned every morning. Close to everything but far enough that there were no crowds. We went swimming during the day and hunting for crabs at night. It was perfect for our family of 5 vacation. Owner is very pleasant and easy to work with.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We came here on vacation in 2004 ,we fell in love with the Island and Island life. For now, the South Padre area is our home away from home. Hopefully this will be the place where we someday will retire permanently. That's the plan...in the meantime, we work !
