  Three friends and myself rented the condo. It was very nice and well-maintained. It was a short walk/drive to the beach. There was no problem with finding a park right at the beach. There is a lot to do at Kingston Plantation...we have been there several times. We would highly recommend this location and this rental property. The owners were very easy to work with.

  We had a great time with lots of friends who also stayed at other condos within Kingston Plantation! The grounds were awesome - very clean and neat and everything within walking distance. The condo itself had plenty of room for our family and was nicely equipped. The only drawback for us was that you were not allowed to grill on the grounds - we like to cook. Val and Jan were extremely efficient with email and answering all questions! You just can't beat the price for the condo and all the fun we had on this trip!

  We rented the condo for a weekend.We found it to be perfect and exactly what we needed. It is only a short distance and within walkind distance to the ocean and a short drive to local shopping and restaurants. The area is very clean and quiet. We made friends with and fed the property squirrels. I would recommend this rental for anyone who wants to be at the beach but away from the main hustle and bustle. Very clean and well equipped unit. Highly recommended.

  We had an excellent experience with this rental. The owners made the rental process extremely easy, & were very helpful in providing information & staying in contact with us. The unit was just as pictured on the website, was very clean & well maintained, and has everything you need. The unit is in a nice setting on the resort, & is a real short walk to the beach. And there were no unexpected frustrations or issues to deal with during the entire stay. Kingston is a great resort - family friendly, and nice for adults as well. It has a beautiful beach, & everything on the resort is readily accessible. And of course, Myrtle has plenty to offer for everyone. I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone interested. Very attractive unit (& plenty of space for a 2 B/R), the owner is very responsive, & it's a gorgeous resort.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  This was a very nice condo thats relatively close to te beach (@ 200 yards walk). Interior was comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything was in excellent working order. The only concern we had all week was the parking. We weren't always able to park close to the unit. But don't let that be a deal breaker. This place is exceptional. We would rent it again.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  We just came back from a week at this condo. The condo is clean and well supplied. Jan and Val were great to rent from. Because we went during the off peak time, we enjoyed a very quiet week. The location at the end of a circle was great. Our boys were able to enjoy being outside with little to no cars most of the time. The beach was a short walk that we enjoyed each time. The turtles, black swans, and squirrels kept the boys constantly on the watch during our walks. Thanks again, Jan and Val, for a great week. Hope to be back again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
