Brand new inside & beautiful! Nice & quiet complex. This second floor unit is a 2 bdrm / 2 bath, c/h/a, w/small balcony, off street covered parking with an extra space (not covered) for guest or boat parking. Sorry, no elevator in these buildings. Building E is right across the street from the local Police Station, city park, cafe, liquor store, neighborhood pub (serves great pizza & sandwiches) , & close to Stripes convenience store. One block off of the Laguna Madre Bay . Just a few blocks up to the public library & approx. half a mile straight up the hwy to the SPI golf club. The Bird sanctuary is also nearby. Just about 6 miles to Port Isabel & fine dining, & approx 8 miles to South Padre Island for fun in the sun, or just walking & relaxing on the beach. Great food on the Island as well! GREAT LOCATION for the best of all worlds!!
