Very centrally located property, convenient to shopping, restaurants, and all of the ski resorts Summit County has to offer. Condo was exactly as described, nicely furnished, neat & clean, comfortable beds and larger than many others. Owner and property manager are both very responsive to any needs and requests guests may have. A wonderful value..Look forward to returning next winter!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our cozy stay at this condo. It was our first trip in which we rented a condo....so much better than staying at a hotel!! It was nice to open the blinds each morning to such a beautiful view of the lake and mountains! Comfy beds, linens/bedding & furniture! Although small, the kitchen was nicely remodeled and had everything we needed for our stay. Kids could walk out the door and play in the grassy area. Very convenient location to outlets, restaurants, grocery store, Frisco, Keystone, and Breckenridge. We had an assigned parking spot, so parking was never a problem at the condo. The laundry room worked out well...with three washers & dryers we could get a lot of laundry done in a short amount of time. Just bring quarters. We were pretty tired our last evening, so we packed a relaxing picnic for the marina nearby. It was perfect! Gorgeous views of the sunset & sailboats. Kids played at the park AND there was an outdoor concert with great music to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed here longer. Owner was easy to work with! Only concern would be for a traveler that doesn't want stairs in/out (this was not a problem for us).

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend ski getaway. The owner was very responsive and professional about getting all of the information we needed -- we had to make a relatively last-minute reservation because another condo stay fell through. This condo is such a steal for the amount of room you get! Kitchen was well-equipped and rooms were clean. The club house area has a hot tub, pool table, and ping pong table and wasn't ever very busy. Next time we book a ski trip, I hope we'll be able to stay here again. One note of caution: get a four wheel drive! We had to call AAA one night to get us out of the parking space and the property manager was kind enough to help us get unstuck another time. The unit's designated parking space is on an incline, so our 2WD couldn't hold up in the deep snow. A friend's 4WD had no issues. Overnight parking is also available just down the street in a free public lot.
