Luxurious gulf view - two bedroom, two bath over-sized condominium (1480 square feet) features breathtaking views of the gulf and the coastline with sunrise and sunset views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spectacular view with an extra large master bath. The second bedroom has two full-size beds. Shoreline Towers is a private security gated complex with one of the largest private beaches in Destin. There are NO streets to cross. We feature tennis courts, heated swimming pool, clubhouse with exercise room, beach life guard with beach chair and umbrella rentals. Shopping and great restaurants are within easy walking distance. Enjoy an unbelievable gulf view (including dolphins at play) from the family room, master bedroom, or the ENCLOSED BALCONY, which can be opened for the marvelous breezes. The family room and Master Bedroom have a TV, VCR and DVD player. The second bedroom has a TV and VCR. Internet access in all rooms.

this was our first family vacation and i have to see it was heaven on earth...The condo was very nice and roomy, the master bed was sooo comfy. the view was amazing and you could see the dolphins playing early in the morning. the water was crystal clear and sand white as snow. If you are rating on scale of 5 stars (like most hotels) I'd give the condo itself a 3 to 3.5 out of 5 stars. It was very roomy, couch is leather and in good condition, beds were not bad (a little bit older but still comfortable), and all items were in working order. (they did have to repair AC while were were there but manager was very polite and concerned about this work being done while we were there, called to make sure we were okay with it, notified of date and time or work etc). The condo is very much as pictured above but the carpet is a bit older 9and couls use a professional cleaning) and the condo could use a good scrubbing and paint job - but overall given the price for other units in the area and being RIGHT on the beach we were very were satisfied. Also a plus is the manager (Jill) very responsive, very nice and very friendly and easy to deal with. I'd giver her a 5 out of 5. I give the complex itself, the pool and the beach a 5 out of 5. The walk to the beach is actually a lot shorter than it looks in photos and even on spring break week this private beach is not crowded at all. No loud noises or parties, all families and all very reserved and great. Since the air was not working most of our trip we slept with the windows open (and it was cool at night yet so we were very comfortable) and after 9 to 10 pm you can hear a pin drop in that place it is so quiet. LOVED that! Bring your own beach towels - and I'd recommend this place very highly.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3
