All that we kept repeating throughout the weekend was "Do we have to go home?' Scott is a jewel. He was helpful and prompt, and although we didn't have ANY issues at all with the property, I felt certain that if we had, that he would have addressed them asap. The house is well appointed with nice towels and bedding, the outdoor sofa with firepit is an exceptional place to hang out...that is if you can pull yourself away from the salt water pool and spa!!! Unfortunately we didn't get to use the bicycles, but that was only because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the house!! Location is excellent! Nice quiet residental area in very close proximity to many restaurants, shopping and a small but very nice park. Being only 10 minutes from Palm Springs to the north or 10 minutes to Palm Desert in the south is priceless. We will definately be back!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This vacation home is well appointed and extremely well taken care of. Owners are meticulous regarding maintenance and upkeep and feels like home. Kitchen has modern appliances, is well stocked and easy to work in with large island with 4 large comfy stools. Sliding glass doors flow out into covered lanai area overlooking large very private backyard complete with pool and spa tub. Property is fantastic for short or long stay! Two bedrooms with comfy beds offer a perfect central location for all the desert activities! Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this lovely property.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful, private and very clean. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need. The back yard is lovely with a nice pool, spa and lots of grass. Scott is great to work with and very accomodating. The birthday cupcake waiting for me upon arrival was a very special touch!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

First things first, Scott was great!!! He brought us in and gave us a quick tour/explained everything about the house, which was fantastic!! He himself was out there working up a sweat and cleaning out the yard for us prior to our arrival since the city had just experienced some unexpected winds! He was so great and easy to work with, and showed great interest in making sure we were comfortable and happy! Offered us to call him if we needed absolutely ANYTHING, and he even made sure we did so if it was in the late hours of the night. Overall AMAZING experience at the house and enjoyed every moment of it! Can't waittttttttt for the next trip! Thanks Scott!!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I have been coming to the Palm Springs area for several years; this was our most pleasant area, Rancho Mirage. The property was a beautiful setting, some of the most gorgeous Palm trees we've seen. The Pool and spa are well maintained and cleaned. We used the spa every morning and evening. The backyard is very private and comfortable. The home is modern decor, with a well equipped kitchen, great island and entertaining area. The master bedroom and closet area was all that you need. The master shower was clean and bright. We had some company for a couple of weeks and they had their own bathroom and bedroom with flat screen television. The laundry in the hallway was very convenient and worked well. The owners were so accommodating in everyway, asking if there was anything that you need. I had even asked for a bike to ride and there it was when we arrived. Jensen's store is just up the road for a quick food or newspaper. They would give you great suggestions as to places to see and go out dining. Everything is close in this area. We arrived on January 1st and Scott had reminded us that the grocery stores may not be open. He then provided us with a list of the nearby grocers with addresses and their hours. This was extremely helpful. The house was exactly as detailed and pictured in the listing, only better! The house was spotless and the outdoor area perfect for catching the sun, enjoying the greeenery and swimming. It's located in a mature area - lots of fabulous palm trees to enjoy - and close to shopping, golf and restaurants. Scott responded immediately when we asked for a small side table to rest our vodka tonics on by the loungers by the pool! We've rented several times in the PSP area and this house is by far the best yet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a carefree rental. This property is what every vrbo should be. My husband and I stayed here for two weeks with his sister and brother-in-law. I have rented vrbo's from New York to Santa Fe to Rancho Mirage and this one is in a class by itself. It is managed by the owner, Scott, and it is a reflection of the pride he takes not only in his property but in making the guest experience a memorable one. I am now in his second property, which I rented without even looking at the photos! I hope he buys more properties because they will become the "Go To" properties for rental in Rancho Mirage.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed at this home in Rancho Mirage for 8 nights in October. We loved the house and the entire holiday! Although we really aren't the type of people who need personal assistance or even need to be greeted upon our arrival, it was nice to meet Scott (the owner). He showed us around the house, gave us the keys and information, and even had a couple of his/hers cupcakes and a bottle of wine for us! In addition, he gave us his cell phone number, so we could just text him if we had any questions or issues during our stay. He was very accommodating! The house has been decorated nicely and the outdoor pool and spa area were terrific! We plan on going back to PSP and will definitely see if we can stay again at this VRBO property!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

From the first contact to Scott (Owner) on to our last day and our departure, our stay was simply amazing. We changed our travel plans quiet often before we finally arrived in Rancho Mirage. Scott dealt with all our changes so flexible and great that he made it possible for us to even arrive some days earlier than planned. The house itself is really wonderful! It has been completely renovated. All appliances are brand new and work fantastic. All the interior are very beautiful. From the first moment we felt absolutely comfortable. Scott was an example of hospitality. He was available for all our questions 24/7. However, we didn't have the need to contact him as the stay and the house were really perfect. Especially the pool and the patio we fantastic. The house is perfect for families or couples who are just looking for a nice and romantic place to recover. We travelled with one little baby, and she loved the garden and especially the pool. If we return to Rancho Mirage, this property would be definitely our first choice. We can recommend it to all travellers looking for an exclusive place to relax. Scott, thanks a lot for the wonderful time and the lovely hospitality, buddy! Hope to come back one day! I just rented this fantastic home in Rancho Mirage. If you are not familiar with the dessert it is in the perfect location. Close enough to Downtown Palm Springs and all of the action but just far enough away to find rescue in a quiet haven in a sunny oasis. The home was described as a modern décor equipped with all of the necessities. This did not do the home justice. The attention to detail creates a boutique hotel vibe while granting access to an entire home filled with every amenity that we could want! We even were able to entertain! It is fully and completely equipped and we felt like we were in our own home minus the clutter and burdens that our own homes contain. The pool is lovely, private and slightly away from the patio which allows for kids to be splashing around in the pool without interrupting the conversations happening on the patio. It is set up for a perfect vacation home and I have already sent 2 separate family members who had the exact same experience. We are now arm wrestling over who gets to rent it when! Both of the bedrooms were equally inviting and the common areas in the living room and kitchen are so spacious and comfortable that we all found ourselves lingering at the kitchen counter longer than we should instead of racing out of the house. Comfortable beds, linens top of the line, and great showers complete with pool towels allowed us to move in with just our clothes! The weekly maid service is a great added benefit especially since we stayed for a month. The owners are close by and could not be more accommodating. When they realized that I was having the 2 kids share the queen bed they insisted that they swap it out and arrived with 2 twin beds. Making what would ordinarily be a big project magical in less than a half an hour! It transformed our experience! I travel for a living so having access to a home allowed my family to be with me while I worked in S Cal. I was able to fly in and out of the Palm Springs airport making commuting a breeze as opposed to flying to and from Portland each week I was able to set up a home base in the territory I was working. Renting this home was more cost effective than me staying in a hotel week after week saving not only my sanity and comfort but also company resources. This house is immaculate and I cannot recommend it highly enough! I never wanted to leave and either will you. About the owner: I grew up in Montana and several friends were involved with and owned dude ranches, historical resorts and guide services - I guided fly fishing on the Yellowstone River through High School and College. I've always liked the idea of travelers coming from all corners to experience and share wonderful places. In addition, I’ve traveled extensively for work and have stayed in a wide variety of accommodations, making note of what I appreciate and look for in accommodations which I work to provide in my vacation rental properties. We have had a vacation home in Rancho Mirage for several years and each time we had to head back to the Pacific Northwest, we found it more and more difficult to leave the desert and all that it so famously offers. Fairly recently, the opportunity arose to locate to the Desert as our main residence. I liked the idea of developing properties as vacation homes for clients to enjoy, but be able to come and go without having to deal with and worry about maintenance, opening & closing the vacation home, managing services, and all of the ongoing expenses of owning a vacation home.
