The Bunker is a breathtaking, custom home set between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor, located on secluded Alligator Point. This beach front and bay front home features two separate and self-contained living spaces: the top floor (two flights of stairs up or an easy elevator ride up) has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living and dining area, open sundeck overlooking the Gulf and screened alcove overlooking the bay just off of the fully furnished kitchen; one level down, on the main living level, are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a second, larger kitchen and a wonderful family-centered dining and living space. This level also has a fabulous screened porch overlooking the Gulf.

From the easy access elevator, the child-size fixtures, the eclectic decorations and child-friendly furniture, every member of the family will feel at ease and carefree. This house is just plain fun. For the fisherman looking for a great escape, the bay offers a perfect spot to anchor the boat while the family enjoys the beach. Weekly rentals are Friday through Friday. Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a 10% cancellation fee of the total rental amount. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy for Stays Longer than 14 Days: If cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival, deposit is fully refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, unless the same unit can be rented for the same dates at the same rate or greater. If unit is re-rented at a reduced rent, any difference in the re-booked rate will deducted from the refund of the deposit.
Payment Terms: Checks are preferred, but we also accept: cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, travellers' check or money order payable to Harbor Point Vacation Rentals. There is a $20 charge for all returned checks plus the cost of collection. A deposit of 1/2 of the total rental amount (rent, taxes & fees) is due at the time a reservation request is made. Any outstanding balance of the total rental amount is due upon arrival. The Guest is responsible for all charges for damage and excessive cleaning of the unit caused by the guest. Reservation fee of $125 will apply. Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Weekend rentals are any 2 nights during the week (not restricted to Friday, Saturday or Sunday), and are subject to availability at participating properties. Third night is discounted for weekend stays. During Peak Season, weekend rentals are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival. All rates and fees are subject to change. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates and a minimum stay may be required.
