This non-smoking unit is located on Thomas Drive in the St Thomas Square Complex, just across the street from the beach. A multi-slip boat dock is located on Grand Lagoon, just behind the pool and club house with boat/jet ski trailer parking on-site.

The condominium has a full kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four and a dinning table that also seats four. The living area has both a loveseat and sofa bed, TV,DVD, stereo with CD and opens to the balcony which has table and four chairs and lounge chair.

The bedroom has a queen and twin bed, TV/DVD and also opens to the balcony.

  • The condo was great. Very clean, we loved our trip and it was great to know you had a great place to stay. We had 2 adults and 2 small children in our group and we had lots of room. Even though the room is not on the beach, we didn't mind because we love going to St. Andrew's Park. But if you don't want to drive to the park the beach is accross the road. The condo is with in walking distance to everything. We would love to stay here again.

  • We were looking for a quiet place to stay while in town to see our daughter being married. This place was perfect for us. We enjoyed this end of town, lots of good resturants (Pineapple Willy's was so fun) and the Marina is so close. We enjoyed watching the guide boats come in and show off what fish they caught. The Condo itself was clean and nice. The mattress in our room was firm and we slept so well. The owners of the Condo were so nice to work with, we appreciated that. For the money this Condo was perfect for us! Thank-You!

  • This condo far exceeded our expectations. So much better than a hotel room. Everything you need is available to you and is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and other attractions. Cannot wait to visit next year. In fact, this may become a yearly vacation for us.

  • The condo was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Location is a plus. Not to far from the beach, but not to close. Very quite area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quite family type atmosphere.
