  This was our first time to stay in this condo but will not be our last. The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The pictures of the view are beautiful but it is even more spectacular in person. We planned to do a lot of reading during our long weekend, but spent most of our time watching the birds, bald eagles and sunsets from our private balcony. The owners have provided for every need, even extras like popcorn, and the information notebook was very thorough. The Hook and Ladder in Hollister delivers and their pizza, salad and dessert was yummy. I also recommend Flame Restaurant on Walnut Street in Springfield. I promise it is worth the drive. The reservation process was very easy thanks to Charlotte. You can tell the owners love this condo and have done everything possible to make sure their guests love it too.

  My husband and I stayed here 2 nights April 4 & 5, 2013...The condo was wonderful! very roomy and comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The owners are so sweet! and went above and beyond in making are stay wonderful! Thanks! so much Charlotte for everything...Many Blessings! to you two. The View is sooooo beautiful! and we were very happy that it warmed up and we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful! view of the lake. It was a wonderful time away to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! We will definitely be back.

  My husband and I stayed at the condo two nights and it was lovely. When we walked in we were immediately struck by how large it is! The pictures do not convey the size....it was great! The view of the lake it spectacular and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Great bar area to sit and the views are really great everywhere. The information provided by the owner's made it very easy to find and there are two grocery stores close by. Not too far from the Branson area either. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

  This was our second stay at this lovely condo for the year. This time we got to know the owners even better since they were in town as well. What wonderful, fun, and at the same time, professional people! We love dealing with them and they make every experience great. If you're looking for an upper end condo with amazing service and amenities that's convenient to Branson, has one of the best views of Table Rock Lake, and is reasonbly priced, look no further. Thank you again Ken and Charlotte for making this past Thanksgiving so special! We appreciate it.

  we had an absolutely wonderful time in Branson and could not have been more impressed with your lovely home! It is by far the most comfortable, spacious and well-appointed condo that we have ever stayed in when visiting Branson. We so enjoyed the view, and really appreciated all the thoughtful info and emergency supplies you provide. And, we LOVED the puzzles! In any event, our stay was just wonderful and we wanted to thank you both so much for all your hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

  We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. The decor was what I call "casually elegant"--my husband said that the wall pictures were described in the owner's "helps" book and why each one appealed to the owners. I missed seeing that and wish I had known about it. Anyway, somehow, the atmosphere was one of being a guest and yet being at home. All the electronics that we seem to feel we need these days were provided for--TV, phone, internet. The kitchen has everything within reason that is needed to cook should you so desire, and some things were there that I would never expect to be supplied. The directions were available for running the dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, and so on--very helpful. The Bibles and devotionals made available, and the wall plaques helped to remind us that God ultimately had provided this nice blessing of a vacation place to stay. The online photos really don't do the apartment justice, but it is nice to be surprised when you get there. Everything was clean, as if newly provided, and the owners replied to our "ahead of time" questions thoroughly and promptly. Would we try to stay here again? Yes! Would we recommend this place to someone else? Most certainly. We used some of the restaurants recommended by the owners but also cooked. We went to the Branson Belle Showboat and also the 60's Music Show and enjoyed both. We saw or heard nothing in either show that made us embarrassed or sorry about going but rather truly entertained. Branson is very much a family-oriented location. There is NO gambling there--kudos to the lake authorities, town planning commission and anyone else who has had a hand in keeping gambling facilities out of the area. We also were blessed with the trees coming into their magnificent fall colors, but only the Lord can take credit for that. But we sure enjoyed the evening views from the balcony (actually, anytime during the day gave a pretty view out over the lake). We are very appreciative of the owners for making available their condo for people to rent.

When arriving the first night we got in late and when we opened the door it was so beautiful, clean and perfectThe view and sunset every night was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy my family. Fishing was great. My husband was out there almost every morning fishing from the lake shore. We have decided this truly is our home away from home. We want to come again next year.   This condo was amazing. The view...can't say enough about the view. Everything you need is in this condo. It is quiet and very relaxing. Plenty of space to find time to yourself. Loved the pool too. We will be back one day. Just so close to so many things yet away from the traffic. Charlotte and Ken are so easy to work with. Best condo we ever stayed at ever!!!!!

  We had a great time in your beautiful condo. The first thing we did was walk straight to the balcony and my husband and I both went "AAAHHHH" Perfect. We could not have found a better place to get away for a few days. Your condo had everything we needed. We have a busy homelife with 3 dogs that are very spoiled so it was wonderful to enjoy the peace & quiet with a gorgeous view of the lake. We enjoyed shopping at the antique stores, eating lunch and dinner out and a night cruise on the paddle boat. we started each morning on the balcony with coffee and ended each day with cocktails and a beautiful sunset. We have already been talking about when our next trip back will be. You have not heard the last of us. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us.

  This condo truly is even better than pictured on the website. My family of three thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in this condo. The decor is tasteful and elegant, yet still comfortable and casual. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and they really have thought of everything their guests will need, including a kitchen well stocked with nice cookware and helpful brochures and information for planning your activities while in Branson (we really appreciated that the owners even provided binoculars for their guests). The view is breathtaking! We enjoyed the convenience of the adjacent marina, as we rented a pontoon boat one day. The property was well kept with lovely landscaping. We plan to return to this condo next year and have already begun to recommend it to our friends.
