me and my family came and stayed in this condo for Easter weekend.. It was nice and cozy.. and is in a great location. we parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go.. only set back was check out time.. 9am is a little early for me.. we had a 9 hr drive ahead of us and could of used some extra sleep..other than the check out time, we had a great time and would recommend this condo for anyone..Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for my wife and I. The condo was very clean which we really appreciated even though it wasn't a five star resort it was perfect for our needs. Olde Gatlinburg is in a great location, you are only a few blocks from the "parkway" which you can easily walk to. The condo has a "kitchenette" which does not have an oven but has two burners on the stove. We are planning on staying there in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.

About the owner: Hi, we are Yogesh and Smita Kothari. We work in town and rent this condo on the side for additional income.
Why the Owner Chose Other Gatlinburg Properties:
We decided to buy this condo because we wanted an investment and something to retire to. We loved the location that it is in simply because it was extremely close to the parkway and is extremely convenient.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We LOVE its location as we have said before. It allows us to save some money on parking fees since we can just park at the building and walk into town. It is close enough to town to be a quick walk, but it is also away from the crowds and allows us to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Unit 103 contains everything that you would need for a vacation. It is simply a home away from home. I love sitting out on the balcony and watching the beautiful mountain scenery very much.
