Our direct Oceanfront Condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which offers an awesome view of the ocean all day and night! Wake up and eat breakfast while watching the waves hit the shore. Next, put on your swimsuit and head down to the beach for a stroll. Then, plant your chair and umbrella down in the white sand and relax! Let’s not forget that you can fish, surf and safely swim in our ocean. We are a family-friendly beach and be prepared to have sand between your toes and a stress-free time.
The condo is on the 5th floor of a 6-story building. It is a 1 bed and 1.5 bath that fits a maximum of 4 people. Also, it’s like coming into your own home with linens and towels and more. You just need your tooth brush, sunscreen and swimsuit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator with ice maker, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. Even on vacation, it is nice to have a washer and dryer inside your condo. The decor is beachy, light and bright and you feel like you are at the beach. We take pride in our condo so we don’t allow smoking in our unit (including the balcony) and pets are prohibited by renters. The complex has WIFI so you can surf the net.
Our rental manager is very friendly who will assist thru the entire rental process and will be there during your stay to help you with whatever you need. Parking is free and boats and jet skis are allowed. The grounds have just been recently renovated and there are gas Barbeques onsite to grill up a juicy steak. There are plenty of elevators including one near our unit. The property has two big pools (one is heated in the winter) and has plenty of chairs, umbrellas and even shuffleboard courts right at the ocean's edge.
The quaint downtown is a short drive and is well worth the visit. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the atmosphere is very "island" casual. Flip flops are standard dress everywhere.
There is so much to do if you care to do anything while visiting. You can rent bikes, fishing gear, surf boards, jet skis, motor scooters and use them on the beach. If you prefer to relax, you won't have to worry about crowds. The beach is expansive and there are plenty of places to retreat.

This unit was perfect for my mother and I for a mom/daughter, 3 night getaway. The unit as well as the building and grounds are well maintained. Two pools on the property were also sparkling clean. There were people of all ages staying in different units, but everyone was respectful of the quiet times. The spot on the beach was busy, but not over-crowded. Just a short walk north and the beach was far busier. I felt that the unit was a terrific bargain considering its location. It was fantastic watching the sun come up on the ocean and seeing dolphins swimming past.The unit was very neat and tidy, and the provided linens, and kitchen supplies, while not luxurious, certainly were in very nice condition and served their intended purposes very nicely. My mother and I were both trying to figure out how we could stay longer, but circumstances this time just wouldn't permit that. We would definitely stay again. Why would we ever pay the same price for a little hotel room when we could stay here, have a full kitchen, and be right on the beach? Highly recommended!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+.
