Why the Owner Chose Brookhaven:
We live in Manhattan and use the home ourselves for weekends and vacations. The area is quiet without traffic, but is easily accessible to all the east end of Long Island has to offer, including the Hamptons, wineries and antique shops of the North Fork. It is a great place to relax and enjoy watching the wildlife and boats go by and is just a 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach on Fire Island with plenty of parking.
