Welcome to our Maui Vista condo, unit 1104, ideally located on the ground floor of building 1 which has many advantages, including being closest to the beach. Our condo has a large lanai where we enjoy a relaxing drink and most meals, and also offers easy access to the pool in front and barbecue area/tennis courts at the rear.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, front loading washer/dryer and a newly renovated bathroom/ bedroom. It also has a flat screen television, cd/dvd player, wireless Internet and free unlimited calls to Canada and the U.S.A.
We chose the Maui Vista, Building 1, due to its great location across the road from Charley Young / Kamaole 1 Beach and around the corner from Cove Park which is a popular stand up board/surfing spot. We love to stroll along the beach from Kamaole 1 to Kamaole 111 (about 1 mile), each morning before breakfast on the lanai. Within easy walking distance of the Maui Vista both to the north and south are many restaurants, coffee shops and retail stores.
The condo is bright and airy and has a through breeze from front to back when the windows are open which together with our efficient ceiling fans eliminates the need for using the air conditioning unit.
Beach chairs, mats, beach towels, cooler and umbrella are available for guests to use.

About the owner: We are from Alberta and have been visiting Maui since the 1990's. We live in one of the most beautiful places in the world (Jasper National Park) in the Canadian Rockies,where we operate a bed and breakfast (Raven House). We do however like to shorten our long winters by traveling to a warmer climate and after visiting various tropical destinations, we have found that Maui offers by far the best climate and beaches.
Why the Owner Chose Maui Vista: Location is always important to us in our travels whether it be in a city or resort. We value the convenience of walking to beaches,stores and restaurants and not having to drive. Maui Vista Building 1 is near all the above and even has a bus stop steps away .Travelers who have
been to Maui many times and have done the drive to Hana, volcano etc. can stay at the Maui Vista with minimal, or even no personal vehicle use.
