We had a wonderful time in NYC at this lovely apartment. The owners are terrific people, they even had their housekeeper come in to clean every week when we were there at no extra cost to us, and are very kid friendly. We had everything we could need and felt right at home here. Great location! Easy access to everything in NYC. A special apartment for book lovers. LOTS of great books to read. We would definitely rent this apartment on our next NYC visit.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Thank you, Katie. We loved having you stay at our place and look forward to your next visit in NYC. Very best--Ronnie & John

About the owner: I work in children's book publishing and my husband is an author and professor. We have many books and many records and CD's. We also have grandchildren and have quite a few toys and hundreds of children's books. I know you will be happy and very comfortable in our apartment.
Why the Owner Chose Upper West Side:
This is where we live. We spend the summer in the Berkshires at our summer home.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
A perfect place to relax after your busy day and night in this wonderful city.
The fabulous park is our backyard and we don't even need to do the mowing or gardening! Hardly a day goes by when
we don't walk through Central Park. It is a gem. And if you have young children,
there are 3 great playgrounds just across the street--all with sprinklers.
We walk everywhere--to Lincoln Center, to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim, the Whitney, and Museum of Natural History, etc.
