Enjoy the unique experience of our oceanview home located in the South of Nicaragua in a very quiet area, surrounded by unspoilt nature. Sit on the terrace and relax. Buy fresh local seefood in the village of El Ostional. The area offers swimming, snorkling, hiking and so much more of authentic Nicaragua.
It's easy to go by boat and relax at the other side of the golf on a Costa Rican beach. During day and evening you see and hear the birds and monkey's.
The view from the private pool is absolutely breathtaking.
The house offers tree bedrooms with queensize bed , the masterbedroom is located upstairs with small balcony and the two guestrooms are located downstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower (HOT water). Downstairs there's another toilet and sink. Linnen and towel are available.
The kitchen is fully equiped.
There is a guard, he informs and helps where and when needed.

About the owner: We are a Dutch couple named Guido and Elleke. We own a company for consultancy, training & computerdesign. 8 years ago we visited Nicaragua for the first time and ... fell in love with the people, the country, the variaty of all and so much more. That's the reason why we wanted a place overthere. We visit yearly and everytime we do, its hard to leave again.
