My husband and I were looking for somewhere relaxing and beautiful to spend our 3-year-past-due honeymoon, and this was the perfect location and the perfect condo! Jackie and John had the condo set-up beautifully. Everything was so homey and beautiful. It really did feel like home. And all of the extras (bikes, crabbing nets, kayak) that they had available were awesome, and didn't go to waste! Jackie was so sweet, and took call after call and question after question from me. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. They made us feel welcome in so many ways, and we will definitely be making a return trip!

We loved this place so much that we decided to come back for the late winter 2014. This was our 5th visit to Seabrook Island. Enjoyed a coffee on the deck area with a spectacular marsh view. Some added entertainment from a nearby Bluebird nesting box. Enjoyed the sunsets with a picnic dinner and wine at the nearby dock. Next year we plan to use the kayak and crabbing facilities. Communication with Jackie and John was wonderful and a pleasure. We had absolutely no complaints with the property. Love the fireplace during those cool evenings. See you again this February !

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great Accommodations and peaceful stay

The villa was just as described and very comfortable for the two of us. It had everything we needed for the weekend stay. We enjoyed the dock and the chance to do a little fishing and kayaking. We spotted two dolphins each night at low tide perusing the creek for food. It was very neat to see them up close and one night we were in the kayak when they went by. We didn't do any crabbing, but there were plenty taking our bait while fishing. There were some big crabs there at the dock. Thank you Jackie and John for allowing us to share your villa. We really appreciate the feedback. The dolphins are amazing mammals. I'm sure seeing them from the kayak must have been wonderful. The group of dolphins in the South Carolina waters are especially gifted. They've learned how to "strand feed" within the last several years. The practice is being taught to other pods on the east coast. I've added a picture of this practice taken by another guest. We look forward to your return visit to Seabrook Island. Peace and Tranquility

Peace and tranquility best describe the the feelings that will wash over you as you gaze out over the beautiful salt marshes from this lovely villa. The extraordinary views, although breathtaking, are only part of the magic of this delightful home-away-from-home. It is immaculately clean and very well appointed, with some lovely touches, such as sweetgrass baskets, pottery and art work. Everything is as described, or better. Jackie promptly answered any of my questions and was a pleasure to deal with. Be sure to take advantage of the crabbing dock as it is a fascinating place to observe an array of wildlife, and the perfect spot for morning coffee, or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Seabrook is an amazing island with pristine, uncrowded beaches and an layed-back atmosphere. We look forward to returning and staying is this charming villa. Thank you, Jackie and John.

Pleasant and Restful

My husband and I were very pleased with the accomodates. The owners had everything available for our convenience if we chose to stay indoors. Immaculate and well thought out. The access to the private beach was a major plus for us - we needed a quiet getaway and the conveniences of FreshVillage and Bohicket were great. We weren't able to access the internet as directed but in the long run it was for the best, forced us to really have some down time. People were friendly. I'd recommend this place to someone really needing a getaway.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This villa was fantastic!!! It has so many thoughtful touches: A Keurig coffee maker with coffee, crabbing supplies, bicycles, and a canoe! The owners were wonderful to work with. Quick with any response to questions. Very helpful. The villa itself was very clean and beautifully updated. Our favorite part was the screened porch. Love viewing the marsh and the wildlife. Would definitely recommend for couples or families of three!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It's small but was a good size for my husband, toddler son and me. The owners were great and easily accessible by phone for questions. Seabrook Island is beautiful and provided lots of entertainment for us. Good restaurants in the area were easy to find and the market nearby was very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in this villa. It's small but was a good size for my husband, toddler son and me. The owners were great and easily accessible by phone for questions. Awesome Experience

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Seabrook Island and at this property. The condo was very pretty and had everything we needed. We are especially thankful that the homeowners had bikes for us to use because we really enjoyed riding the bikes around the island and watching the deer. The quietness of the community was a pleasant surprise. The homeowners were very helpful and we thank them for making this a great vacation.

Relaxing Get-a-way

My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for a long weekend. Prior to this stay, we had always vacationed in Kiawah. However, during this vacation, we decided to explore Seabrook. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by the well-apppointed condo. It is completely updated, clean, and has some special touches. The screened in porch gave us a serene place to take in the beauty of the island and the occasional sunset. The island is full of natural beauty and updated facilities. During our stay we had access to the Lake House, which is equipped with a clean fitness facility,group exercise classes, an indoor, and outdoor pool as well as tennis and basketball courts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the owners extrememly helpful throughout all stages of our trip. We look forward to returning soon!

Short but sweet stay

My husband and I were happy to find such a lovely place that we could rent for 3 nights on our brief SC vacation. We loved Seabrook and hope to come back again! This property was cozy, clean, quiet and in an excellent location. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed crabbing with the equipment provided. The only (very minor) issue we encountered was that we had to replace the crabbing equipment due to the nets breaking, but this was a cheap and relatively easy purchase. The other people staying or living in this complex were very friendly and gave us some great tips about "must sees" on the island, including an area of the beach where we were almost guaranteed to see dolphins swimming! There was a nice grocery store less about 4 minutes away by and bikes available for us to ride to sites nearby. We didn't have time to check out the lake center and pools but heard they were very nice. Thank you for helping make our short vacation so enjoyable!

What a wonderful visit we had! The pool and ckeekside dock were beautiful! My favorite were the marsh view in the morning! What a relaxing trip!

Condo is lovely with great views; well cared for with comfortable seating and beds; upgrades such as flat screen tv's and lots of information on Seabrook Island. They have really thought of everything you would need for your stay. Owners were very helpful and prompt in their replies to any questions. Great getaway destination. I hope to return.

This property was exactly what we thought it would be. We arrived to a very clean well maintained condo. The owners were VERY helpful answering all questions while we were planning. We were very pleased with our Seabrook Island getaway. The pools were wonderful for our children. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous and very private. I hope to bring my family back year after year. You cannot go wrong with this property.
