Ceiling fans, hi-definition LCD TVs, Blu-ray DVD players and Internet “APP/widget” support enhance bedroom and living areas. Complementary broadband wireless Internet access serves your needs. A residential elevator provides comfortable access for stocking home with kitchen groceries or ease of access for elderly family members. Full laundry facilities are available.
In the morning, at lunch, or after an exhausting day of fun, enjoy the warmth of your family and friends in the comfort of a large upper level living area that includes a gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and microwave. Enjoy meals together on a hand-made large rough-hewn kitchen table that can easily service a very large or two families. The adjacent living area opens to a large balcony that faces the gulf and overlooks the private pool.
The upper level offers a small private office area (although it is hard to get work done because of the great view), a half bathroom, and a large king suite (sleeps 2) with its own gulf view balcony and a private full bathroom.
On the second level are two king bedroom suites (sleeps 4) with private separate shower/tubs (one jetted), walk-in closets and balconies with Gulf views. A bunkroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) with a private full bathroom is located here. Full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are centrally located on the second level.
Teens love the ground level recreation room with armoire and twin/full/trundle bunk bed (sleeps 4). Also on this level are a full kitchen, range, refrigerator, microwave, icemaker, queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2), queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and full bathroom.
Exit the back of the home where a beautifully landscaped courtyard with its small private pool, spa, outdoor shower, patio, and gas grill await for family lounging or evening cook-outs.
Just 100 yards from Marimac’s Maison private back gate is level (no steps to climb) access to one of the most beautiful beaches in America. This is on the south side of Hwy 30-A which means no roads to cross to the beach. This is especially great for the safety of children.
Inlet Beach is a gorgeous, uncongested “sugar sand” beach that adjoins the east side of Rosemary Beach and the west end of Camp Helen State Park and salt water Lake Powell at the east end of Scenic 30A. Sunning, swimming, fishing, and kayaking are available.
For those that want to get up and out there is a short bike ride or one-mile walk to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. A newly built outdoor shopping mall, called Pier Park is a short 10-minute drive east on 98 (toward Panama City) that has a large cinema, shops, restaurants, and an amusement park. Nearby golf courses include Camp Creek Golf Club, Shark’s Tooth, Bay Pointe, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, The Hombre, and Burnt Pine. This area is a hidden paradise for golfers.

What a place! What a location! A lovely spacious home with all the amenities you could want. Fully stocked for entertaining with wine chiller, free-standing ice maker, and two full kitchens. Upstairs kitchen with large dining table and bar seating. Easily accommodates a large crowd for any meal with a balcony view of the ocean. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a cocktail after a day at the beach. Another full kitchen right off the pool area which made grilling and eating by the pool very easy. Being near Panama Pier worked well. Our group of adults and teens enjoyed strolling and shopping there in the evening. Plenty of restaurants nearby, too. We had a great time!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family rented this home for our Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The pictures did not due this home justice, it was amazing!! We felt right at home at this house. There was more than enough room for our group of ten. The teenagers loved having the downstairs to themselves. It had very high end appliances and amenities. The home was very comfy and cozy. It was very clean both inside and outside. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every afternoon and especially in the evenings while we were using the grill. The beach was literally just a short walk right out our back door. The owner was extremely helpful in getting us set up with a beach chair service so that every day our chairs and umbrellas were already set up and waiting for us!! What a treat!! It was so great to work with someone that truly wanted to make sure that we had a great stay!! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our family felt right at home and had the most fabulous vacation we have ever had in Florida. The pictures on the VRBO site of the house do not do it justice. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished. Room for everything and everyone. The Rosemary beach shops and restaurants were just a short bike ride away. The beach was a two minute walk away and the pool was great for relaxing after a long day of activities. We were never bored, but felt we could relax when we wanted to. I love to cook, so the gourmet kitchen was a dream and I cooked almost all of meals at home. It was wonderful to relax on the balcony and take in the fantastic views of the gulf. We had such a wonderful time it was hard to come home. I would definitely recommend this beautiful, spacious, awesome beach home. Our family cannot wait to come back this year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This house is breathtaking with the ocean views simply amazing! The house was very clean and well maintained. This house is perfect for large groups, you never run into each other there is so much space. I loved how there are two full kitchens, we were never running up and down, it was all right there all the time. The photos on the VRBO web site were perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach every day it took about 1 minute! We loved being able to walk to Lake Powell, the kids were enchanted with it. When they weren't busy down at Lake Powell they were riding their bicycles to the Sugar Shack in Rosemary Beach. Truly a great place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

It was a pleasure to stay in your home. Everything was delightful. One recommendation would be that you stock the kitchen a few basic for cooking, salt, pepper, OV, a few spices? would really help. we brought alot of groceries, but had a few trips to the store for the staples. thank NancyRecommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We spent Thanksgiving week at this house and had the best family time! Marianne thought of everything to make our holiday memorable down to the turkey roasting pan. The house was everything listed and more. Every bedroom was a "master suite" which gave each family space. The bathrooms and closets were huge! We only ate out once because the kitchen had every amenity needed to create meals for our 12 people staying. We only had one small problem and Marianne was on it within the hour. The pool door had alarms so the little ones were safe, such a nice touch. The only down side was having to leave!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children.

Our group had the most wonderful vacation at this home. Pictures definitely don't do the home justice. All of the bedrooms are large, have a private bath with shower stalls, they also have a balcony with views of the ocean! The kitchen is a gourmet cooks dream, and has everything you need to whip up a great meal! It comes in handy since the restaurants up and down 30A, numerous as they may be are always very crowed. It's apparent that the owner has put a lot of thought and time into outfitting the home. Also, all of the beds were super comfortable. We had 6 kids with us and they were either at the beach, or in the pool. This is the perfect beach house. It is close to the beach, comfortable, near shopping (Publix is maybe 3 minutes away), and beautiful. The beach at Inlet Beach is wonderful because it is not crowded!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We just spent a week at Wally's World and loved every minute. The house is gorgeous and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Our group of 5 kids and 4 adults found the home to be spacious. It was a 2 minute walk to an amazing, fairly peaceful beach, and convenient to groceries and the quaint unique beach towns of 30a. Members of our group walked to Alys and Rosemary Beaches several times during the stay, and made the short drive to Seaside several times as well. There seemed to be daily activities taking place in the neighboring towns which we explored and enjoyed. The pool is not big, but our kids swam for hours daily while we were able to lounge and relax. We much appreciated the hospitality and warmth of the owners (thank you for the beach chairs!) and the management company. The attention that was paid to small details made the home all the better. In all, we loved our week in paradise and hope to come back in the future!Recommended for: Families with young children.

Very attractive..well decorated and exceptionally well equipped. Rental company was very receptive and quick to respond to any small problem such as additional beach chairs not there...corrected quickly. Awesome! Fantastic! Amazing! This is by far the nicest, most comfortable and accomodating beach house that we have ever stayed in. The house is first class and was a perfect size for my family as well as two of my in-law families. The kitchen was superior and spacious and the kitchen table was large enough so that we could all sit together. The bedrooms were private, quiet and beautiful! The downstairs in-law suite and additional room with bunk beds were perfect for our children. They felt like they had their own private dormitory. The pool was great! The kids spent hours in there!! We absolutely loved Inlet Beach. It's beautiful, quiet and quaint. The house was so close to the beach and it was easy to go back and forth.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.
