A spacious open floor plan provides easy entertaining and family time in the kitchen, living area and large deck area with patio furniture. The cabin provides a cozy feel with wall-to-wall carpeting throughout the living area and bedrooms.
On the main floor, there are 2 bedrooms - 1 queen and 1 king. Upstairs provides 2 more bedrooms with 4 twin beds. Each level has a bathroom, with separate shower rooms. This is a wonderful amenity when everyone returns home after a day at the beach, or a hike to Eagle Lake.
With the close proximity to Emerald Bay, D.L. Bliss State Park, Sugar Pine Point, Chambers Landing, and many other hiking and walking trails, there is always something for everyone to do. A short 20 minute drive to South Shore or Tahoe City on the north shore is an option for those that want to go into town.
The private homeowners' beach with lovely clean, white sand and the crystal clear water, is a beach lover's paradise. With a large swim area, boating, and a sand volleyball court, the active family will have plenty of fun. A private pier is available for boat users. Buoy rentals available through Rubicon Tahoe Owners.
It is located in South Rubicon which is on the lake side of Highway 89 within short walking distance of the homeowners private beach. You can see the map location by going to google maps and typing 9047 Forest Drive, Rubicon Bay, CA in the search window.
