Skiers Paradise With Amazing Amenities !
This vacation unit is located in the Rockies – great complex just 5 minutes walking from the slopes. This is a top floor condo overlooking the ski area. There is a spiral staircase leading to the second level and there is railings in the loft with a foot distance between them, so we do not recommend this unit for small children and elderly .
The master bedroom is very spacious with a king bed . The second bedroom has a queen bed and the upstairs loft is very spacious and has 2 sets of Bunk Beds with Full bed on top and the bottom and private bathroom. The kitchen is functional and it is fully stocked so you can find all the cookware necessary to prepare the perfect meal.
There are 3 large flat screen TV's in the unit.
The balcony is big ant there will be space for everyone for the morning coffee.
Soak in the outside hot tubs after a long day of Steamboat activities or have fun with the kids in the heated pool.
Cook your dinner on the outside barbeques surrounded by your friends with a cold beer in your hand, while your kids are playing on the huge lawn or having fun in the pool.
The Rockies has a fantastic location in Steamboat Springs - it is 5 minutes walking distance from the Steamboat Ski Area and less than 5 minutes from groceries and restaurants. It is on the free bus stop and there is parking for everyone.
This truly is one of the best vacation spots in Steamboat and it has been very well maintained.

The apartment is great, very spacious and there is a nice pool and hot tub in the building. 14 people would be a little tight but ceratinly possible, 8 is fine with 3 fully functioning bathrooms. We were three so it was very good for us. Wi Fi would be great, the fireplace could be fixed, the place is a bit dated but has a lot of charm, overall a great deal! The agency employees were very nice with us!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We had an excellent stay in Steamboat Springs using VRBO ... I would highly recommend this to any and all individuals that are looking for not only savings ... but excellent facilities and management team.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We were very excited for our weekend getaway until we arrived at the condo. It hadn't been cleaned so we called and they were quick to send a cleaning crew over, but it was during dinner and after spending 3 1/2 hours in the car, the 3 kids were not excited to get back in the car so they could clean the condo. It was much better after we returned but found quickly it was not a good place for 2 yr old twins as they could fall from the top of the stairs because the banisters are to far apart so we blocked the stairs with the bar stools. Also, the sliding glass door didn't lock so we had to block it with a table so the kids could not go out on the balcony. I think the worst part was the fruit flies we bunked with all weekend. It was a beautiful weekend to be in Steamboat Springs and we enjoyed every minute we were outside. It was nice having a pool that was heated and if the kids were older and there weren't any fruit flies the accommadations would've worked.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

We stayed at this property with my family in March. This was the best vacation ever !!!! The location of the unit was great, right in between the slopes and grocery store and right on the free city shuttle route. The condo was very nice and cozy . We loved the gas fireplace and the views from the balcony . The hot tub was very nice addition after a long day on the slopes . Michael was fantatstic !!!! It is so nice to have a personal concierge for your vacation . We did not have to worry about anything - just enjoying the trip. We will definately come back next year. Thank you for everything !!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
