  This is a lovely apartment. It's clean & quiet and in a fantastic location, a 2 minute walk to cafes, shops & restaurants on Emek Refaim. The owner was responsive & accomodating. Our only requests for next time would be lamps near the beds and receiving written driving instructions to & from the apartment in advance. Taxi drivers had a hard time finding it as it's tucked away slightly off the beaten path (which is actually nice, just hard to find). We definitely hope to return!

  My wife and I found this apartment to be everything we hoped it would be. It was spectacular. The apartment was not only spacious but had all of the amenities that any traveler would need such as WiPi , Tv, Tel and we particularly liked the fact that we could do laundry in the apartment. This property is so magnificent that it's hard to describe! The apartment was very personally furnished...it felt like someone's home. Our contentment and happiness was important to the owner. She was very helpful and explained us places to eat and just how to get around. Making our stay in Jerusalem all the more interesting and enjoyable. Her attention to detail was incredible! We were happy to stay in Jerusalem in this Apartment.We would recommend this apartment to anyone with high expectations regarding where they spend their time and how they spend their money! We decidedd to book a trip again next year.! Schalom and thank you again !

  My experience in this apartment was wonderful. Mrs.Ruchamawas very friendly, accommodating and responsive. Her knack for detail and the items she has stocked in the apartment is what makes it most pleasurable. It seems to be newly renovated and nicely decorated with modern amenities, such as large flat screen television in the living room Tel Flat ,Internet Flat . The bathroom is also clean and comfortable which is very important to me. Being on the 4rd floor is also a plus although ther is an elevator. I would absolutely return to this apartment. I recommend others to do it also. Thank you Ruchama. Your place is amasing!

  The apartment was very comfortable and clean, it was our home away from home. Rushama is a wonderful lady and is very willing to help out. The apartment is located in an upscale part of town very safe and nice. There are restaurants and a market walking distance. We went with our 2 kids ages 9 & 14 and it was perfect. we will be going back in a couple of years and this is where we will stay. Thanks Rushama

  We stayed for 1 week at this lovely, 2 bedroom apartment near the German Colony. The apartment is spacious and clean. The parking lot was very helpful and the elevator was important for my mother in law. We especially appreciated the kosher kitchen, and Shabbat kitchen items. We had a wonderful Shabbat dinner and used the available challah cover, candlesticks and tablecloth. The owner is very friendly and is always available if you have questions. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment and hope to stay there again in the future.

  Hi. We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights a in August. It's a lovely, clean, new and well maintained apartment. It is comfortable and set up with almost every amenity you might want. Ruchama, the owner, lives nearby and was helpful and responsive. The only drawbacks are that there is no closet in the master bedroom, so really all clothes storage needs to be in the second bedroom and the bedrooms are very small. The location is amazing! A 5 minute walk to emek refaim and a 20 minute walk to the old city. (Make sure you get really good directions though. The building is a bit hard to find the first time, and even the taxi drivers had a bit of a hard time navigating the one way streets around the building.) All in all, we'd highly recommend this apartment!

  My family spent 8 nights at this apartment and throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and close to stores, restaurants and was easy to use bus or taxi from this location. The host was great and met us on arrival assisting us with getting some food on the first day. She also helped us find things we wanted to see and was always ready to assist when we had a need. We would certainly stay again. Ray, Susan and family

  Owner response: I had a great pleasure hosting, Ray ,Susan and family ,it was their first time in Israel, and I am happy that they enjoyed my beautiful and comfortable apartment in the German Colony. I took them to the nearest Supermarket and explained all the Israeli brands ,it is written in English, but it is always easier if you have a native with you. Then I took them around to see were the bus stop and all other shops and restaurants are., 5 minuets walk from the apartment. Emek Refaim street is full with activities all year round great for everybody especially for teenagers and families .
