About the owner: We are a family of five: Carlos (investment banker who likes tennis, golf, swimming and skiing), Claudia (artist and keen tennis player), Carlos jr (16), Fernanda (15) and Andrea (11). We enjoy good food, sports and culture. We love traveling.

We have been visiting the area for the last 20 years. We find that there are few places that can compete with the area in terms of diversity of activities, quality of the resort, and the nature is simply spectacular. The Dillon/Silverthorne valley is simply one of the most beautiful spots in the U.S.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The house is located at Keystone Resort and it borders U.S. National Forest. Keystone is managed by Vail Associates thus, the facilities both for summer and winter activities are superb and the atmosphere is family oriented. Aside from the superb skiing at Summit County, Vail and Beaver Creek, the apres-ski is extensive with a great selection of restaurants and bars: from the local rustic bar to superb sophisticated international establishments. The famous Keystone Ranch restaurant is just three minutes down the road and the variety is extensive both at Keystone Village and in nearby Breckenridge, Silverthorne and Dillon. 10 minutes away from Keystone, there is a large Super Market, Target, Wallgrens and several restaurants. In the summer there is exceptional golf at the resort two golf courses, hiking, biking (with several biking trails just behind the house), sailing (at lake Dillon), Tennis, Swimming, etc.
