Gailmard Cottage. Easy access to the beach (hit video link for walk to the beach). Very few folks on the beach at any given time and the water is the famous crystal blue green with sugar white sand! This spacious and comfortable home has 4 decks, comfy beds and lots of amenities just like home! Upstairs has 2 bedrooms - Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath, large walk-in closet and private deck overlooking the back yard and a ocean view. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with en suite bath and private deck overlooking front yard. Downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds with hall bath and deck to the pool and backyard. Nice large kitchen with all the typical kitchen accessories of a year round home. Nice living room with ample seating for games and TV viewing. Dining table seats 6 and bar stools at the kitchen counter. Washer and dryer are in a hall closet as you enter the house from the side door which leads to the carport. Hose is located here for washing the sand from your toes before entering the home! Hardwood floors in kitchen, dining area and living room. All bathes are tile, all bedrooms are carpeted. This home is modern, very clean and very well
maintained. Excellent location for walking, running and biking C30A. The house shares a large pool with a few other cottages and is rarely crowded. Santa Rosa Beach Golf course is right across the street. Destin and Seaside are just a few miles away. Santa Rosa Beach is not crowded and totally enjoyable full of relaxing days! Great shopping and dining in all directions!

great cottage with lots of amenities. easy beach access, nice pool, wonderful decks. extremely relaxing. would definitely recommend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Dear Barbara- We wanted to let you know that we loved staying at your cottage in Santa Rosa Beach. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. We hope to visit next year at the same time. As long as we've been coming to the Destin area we think your place has been the best. My mom and dad came with us and they loved it too. The location of the pool and beach was great for them. Rental is Friday to Friday. Spring, Summer and Fall rates are $1650 for 1 week For August, September and October, the cottage is available for $250 per night + 11% state tax with a 3 night minimum.

We always walk or ride bikes to Miss Lucilles for ice cream and coffee. At sunset, we go crabbing on the beach. We ride bikes everywhere. We always ride bikes at nearby Watercolor - great, easy trails with awesome scenery!
