  We spent one month in Casita Moceesma, beautiful house , great service. Anytime I had a question David the manager was there to help. My two kids (4 and 7) we're super happy making friends with the neighbors. Very safe neighborhood, we walked at 10, 11 pm and feel very safe. Market is just around the corner and you also have a little "tienda" at the end of the street where you can buy basic groceries. This house is Safe, Beautiful, Fully stocked with everything you might need and surrounded by great neighbors. While you are in San Miguel don't miss going to Xoté ( if you have kids) if not go to La Gruta (thermal waters), also have a drink @ Rosewood Hotel and breakfast too...it's a must. Also, go to La Aurora to see the galleries and spend a few dollars with the mariachis at the Jardin. Ask for this songs...you'll love them...La Negra, La Vikina and Las Mananitas if it's your birthday. Thanks Tim and David !

  My week in this beautiful casita was excellent in every way. The rooms are lofty with high ceilings and the decor is charming and comfortable. Everything has been thought of to make your stay easy and comfortable. The huge king-size bed with designer sheets will ensure a good sleep for the day's activities, as you are right in the middle of the central area of San Miguel, with interesting shops and restaurants close by. The fact that this is a ground floor apartment will appeal to some and is worth mentioning. There is a large and private terrace suitable for entertaining or putting up an easel! Maria, the maid will take good care of you. She comes twice a week and keeps the place pristine! She has a wonderful smile and is very intelligent, and patient as you practice your Spanish! David, the manager, is a charming family man whose English is perfect. He is available at all times via cell phone. The casita is in a secure gated enclave of 5 other charming properties. You will feel safe here. All in all, I am happy to recommend this property!

  We highly recommend staying here. On site management was available in person and by phone to help with anything we might have needed. House is in a quiet residential area with plenty of kid laughter and playing. Neighbors are all very friendly. House is as beautiful as it appears in the pictures. Master bedroom is quite large with its own full bathroom. Loft is neat for one person and there is a convenient full bathroom for them to use downstairs. Kitchen is nice, although we did almost no cooking since food is so affordable in town. Nice, flat walk into the historic centro. We never needed a taxi in town, everything is so close! House is also very close to the artisan market as well as the big market the locals use for daily shopping. We hope to return and will definitely rent the house again!

Being a native of San Miguel, & an English Professor!, means he is your perfect support! Good for other guests to know Casita Moceesma is as good as we say...and as spacious & beautiful. The location is indeed super, with everything so close, and with friendly neighbours, making for a lovely, safe neighbourhood. We look forward to your return visit!

  We had a excellent experience staying at the Casita. It has everything the is described in the property description and the location is perfect for walking to all place in the Centro area. Security is very good for the Casita and we have been telling our friends about this property that we highly recommend. Furniture is very comfy which can be an issue is Mexico.

And yes, it is very comfortable - that was one of my husband's main requests when we furnished, as Mexican furniture can often not be good for lazing! We are really pleased that you has such a nice time!
