Luxurious and spacious newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo overlooks incredible views from the 17th floor of Ariel Dunes II. Panoramic views of emerald green waters, sugary white sands, miles of Destin coastline, swaying palm trees, seven swimming pools and lakes are just the beginning of your perfect vacation! The second balcony overlooks the stunning Choctawhatchee Bay and manicured Seascape Golf Course. Just a short stroll to the beach (200 yds) you will be spoiled with beach service, water activities and Whales Tales Beach Bar & Grill.
The living room is very spacious and features a 50' HDTV, two leather couches, recliner, chair & ottoman. Perfect for those relaxing nights of movies, tv and board games. The dining area seats 6 with 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter, roomy enough for dining in or calling for take out. If you have to catch up on work, WiFi is provided as well as a deskspace for your laptop.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, a large pantry and is equipped for entertaining. The spacious tropical master bedroom has a 40' HDTV, DVD player, access to the balcony and, a large walk-in closet.. The master bathroom is tiled with ceramic tile, a double sink, shower and garden tub. The Surf room has 2 bunk beds, TV, and a full bathroom. The Beach room is a guest suite with a 32' HDTV, DVD player, a full bathroom and a balcony overlooking gorgeous views of Seascape Golf Course & Choctawhatchee Bay.
Seascape Resort, where Ariel Dunes II is located is .5 miles to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, 3 miles to Sandestin and Baytown Wharf and 3.5 miles to Destin Commons. Guests may rent bikes across the street, rent tennis courts and walk to the golf course. There are three restaurants within walking distance. Cabana Cafe & Bar serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music until 2 on the weekends. There is a coffee shop, deli, bakery and ice cream shop and an ATM machine on the premises. They also deliver to the pool, beach and to the condo. Whales Tail Bar & Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has carryout. Rick's Crab Trap is across the street so you don't have to drive after a busy day at the beach!

The condo was amazing, roomy, and clean. It had a great view all around. Not too far from the beach and would defiantly recommend it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The owners of this condo are very accomodating and strived to make our stay worry free. Pictures of this condo do not really do it justice. From the kitchen to the furniture, it is very well appointed with everything you would ever need. The view of the ocean is exceptional from the front balcony and the back balcony looks over the golf course. Pretty much keeps everyone happy. This would be the perfect condo for a family with it's dualing bunkbeds in the third bedroom and bathroom for every bedroom. There are lots of pools and it is a short walk to the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Where do I begin? This condo had absolutely everything you could possibly need to have a perfect vacation. There were 8 people in our group and this condo had the perfect amount of space. I was also very amazed at how quiet everything was. We never heard anyone around us or above us. The quality of the furnishings and decor was superb. I can't say enough about how happy we were about staying here. It was perfect. The owner was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly to all my questions. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I loved this condo, it was just spectacular, to its wonderful location right off the beach , to its location close to everything . There is shopping, fishing, family fun, all sorts of water sports and golfing on location, what more could anyone ask for.. My Husband and our children enjoyed ourselves so much..The condo was just.... WOW.. it was so cozy and relaxing and everyone had there own TV to enjoy! The rooms are decorated beautifully even down to the bathrooms..It was so spacious for our family, the layout of this condo is just wonderful. The view tops the list on this 17th floor location that I think that is what made our time here so special...It is an Immaculate and wonderful place to Vacation, I loved it and can't wait to come back...Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed in this unit August 24-29th. The unit is exceptionally well maintained and was exactly how the pictures showed it. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but we didn't mind at all. The view was really stunning in the late afternoons. The owners include all the beach equipment you will need and that came in very handy. We've stayed in Destin 5 times now and have always stayed in different locations. We chose this one online and were very pleased with the choice. The owners of this unit take great pride in it. It was very well decorated and very clean. They also provided many of the things you don't think about when you rent a unit. For example, there were beach chairs, beach toys, and even beach towels available to use. This is not common in my experience. The quality of the accessories was also worth mentioning. From the bath towels to the restroom handsoap, the owners cared about the experience of their guests. It was all very much appreciated. My only initial concern was that it was not right on the beach but the walk to the beach was only a few minutes. The views from the unit also made up for that...the 17th floor offers great views.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Really enjoyed the condo. The hosts are very accomodating. Good location with an easy walk to the beach and numerous restraunts. Beds are on the firm side, but everything is top notch.
