  I rented this house for a guys trip and when we arrived we were very shocked with the house. It was very clean, very modern, and very nice. We were very lucky with finding this rental location. The roof top patio is a great place to have a drink and sit down and talk. It is located walking distance to the shopping center and good restaurants. Also if you want a quiet beach it is only a 2 block walk. Taxi rides to downtown were no longer than 5 mins. Working with Beatrice was great. She makes arrival and depature very simple. I have never stayed anywhere that was so easy. I would highly recommend anyone to rent this location. I know I will be next time I am coming into Ft. Lauderdale.

  My out of town family of 8 and I stayed in this house and found it to be outstanding. In great shape and owner easily available to answer questions but did not intrude at all. We felt like it was our home. Best location, too! Although I am a Florida resident, I dont have the space for visitors and this house was ideal.

  We stayed at this house for a weeklong girls trip and we can't say enough wonderful things about it! Location was amazing...steps to the beach and the W!! House was beautifully decorated, everything we needed was there!!! The owner is so helpful and made the stay even more pleasant! Highly recommend this home!!

  This is my second time renting this house and it did not disappoint! There was more than enough room for a crowd and is so close to the beach. We walked in the morning and had our coffee on the rooftop terrace. It was also a great place to have dinner, wine and some music. The kitchen is state of the art, just like the pictures so it's ideal for families who want to eat in. I would rent again and highly recommend it!

  My friends and I stayed in this house and we found it to be in an awesome location and in great shape. The sofa was different but she explained it was in repair from previous rentors. Otherwise, the house is awesome and the terrace is open to rentors now! The elevator is so easy to use and makes grocery shopping easy. Fabulous. I highly recommend. Oh, and Beatrice is very nice and around if you need her for anything.

  We stayed in this condo for a week at Thanksgiving. The condo was presented upon check in very dirty. The floors were not swept, mopped or vacuumed. The bath rug in master looked as if had not been washed ever. There were no wash cloths or dish rags. The bath towels smelled soured and had to be re washed. The kitchen dishes had been put away dirty. The Sheets had holes in them. The pictures of downstairs area are not accurate. The only furniture that exists in these photos is the Kitchen table. The condo is in my opinion in poor condition. The upstairs has dated brown carpet that made me cringe to walk on. The location of this condo is great but there is another condo on this site that is much nicer. Would not rent again.

  I stayed at Beatrice's property with 4 of my friends for 10 nights in July. We all had an amazing time! The house looks just like the pictures. It literally is a few blocks from the beach! We didn't rent a car on our vacation, but there is plenty of shops/restaurants in walking distance. I would definately stay here again. The only thing that was disappointing was that we were not allowed on the rooftop terrace, but other than that everything was wonderful.

  This place is wonderful for families. It is so much better than a hotel , you have so much room and it is decorated so nice you feel like you are at home. Location is wonderful, park your car and walk. Steps to beach. We hated to leave such a wonderful place. The owner was great to deal with and very helpful. I recommend this rental as a great find in beach paradise!

  I cannot say enough about this townhouse. When I walked in I had no idea it would be this amazing. It is beautifully decorated from head to toe and extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooftop deck is such a great feature as well. We mine as well have been in our own home cause everything that we would possibly need was there. The location is just unbelievable...steps from the beach and in the heart of everything you would want to be by. I searched everywhere in the area and this place is by far the BEST!! Renter was AMAZING to deal with as well. This was one great find!
