The second bathroom has also undergone a complete renovation and offers a beautiful custom shower, new flooring and a marble vanity sink. Third bedroom has full size bed, dresser, and desk. Additionally, we offer queen air mattress stored in closet.
The home also offers a full laundry facility, wireless internet and HD/TV.The rear yard is spacious and private, offering a solar panel heated swimming pool with two outdoor covered patio tables and chairs. Plus, Dock side seating, lighting, four lounge chairs for your private intimate sunning experience on the waterway for breakfast, lunch, cocktails or dinner. The moon rise is fantastic.

This home was everything it says it is and more, was very well equipped with everthing you need. Lovely large spacious and clean, the pool and dock area were extremely nice. The sunrise from the back yard was lovely along with watching the boat traffic go by each day. Very quiet neighborhood which may it great for relaxing. Would highly recommend this home and hope to revisit soon.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This was a great house and we would highly recommend it. It is close to great beaches and shopping. It is on the wide part of the intercoastal so you get to watch a lot of boat activity. It is very well appointed and has a great pool. We Just spent a week at this truly lovely house. Immaculatley clean and comfortable even with a large party of 8. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out in separate areas and yet still be together. Awesome kitchen to cook in which lacks nothing. Great TV and ertertainment area and bedrooms tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. The outdoor pool and view of the intracoastal waterway is truly magnificent with no need to wander too far if you are looking for some R and R. However bars and restaurants are all close by and lovely Lauderdale by the sea beach with great off shore diving is only 5 minutes away. My husband’s family were visiting Florida for the first time and were most impressed by the quality of the accommodations, we lacked for nothing. They also loved some of photos and adornments in your home, clearly from Argentina!!! We hope to return again at some point in the near future. The house was comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location in Pompano Beach was close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the boats and yachts go by each day while relaxing at the pool. And the views of the sunrises each morning were amazing! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We stayed at this l property while in the area for some R&R. This house is located in a residential neighborhood near everything and backs up directly to the main intracoastal waterway. It is an extremely quiet neighborhood and I don't think we ever heard our neighbors ! The home itself is just beautiful, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are generous enough to allow use of beach chairs, coolers etc during the stay and they were so easy to work with in setting up the booking--not to mention follow up for questions while we were there. They have provided numerous photos to help with your decision making process, but as always with photos, they do not do the property justice. The view alone out the back french doors when you walk into the house is enough to take your breath away. While I lived in Florida for 25 years, there is nothing as stunning as a great waterway view and this place gives that all day long. The decor and design of the house is upscale, upgraded and yet comfortable. If you're a kitchen fanatic, then you will be right at home here with an expansive amount of space to cook for a crowd. Marble floors, crown moulding, high tech lighting, amazing artwork and found objects, a very eclectic reading library, upgraded bathrooms (awesome shower!) and COMFORTABLE BEDS and great furniture make this place one of the best rental homes I've encountered over many years of travel. I feel we received a value that far outweighed the price we paid for our stay. And of course, there is the pool! Right on the intracoastal, solar heated (not needed in June of course), and surrounded by a covered porch and more than enough outside furniture and gas grill, this place made hanging outside watching the boats was a wonderful way to pass the time and relax. If you are coming to the Pompano Beach area we strongly encourage you to stay here. Like us,you will not want to leave and will already be planning your return trip!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
