  Unit was very clean and well maintained. No surprises. We were emailed by owners before arriving with helpful tips of St. Maarten. Found this very helpful. Lots of really good information. I actually met with the owners while I was there. They were pleasant and very nice. I really enjoyed the pool and beach at the resort. Very clean. There is a restaurant at the resort by the pool that I had lunch at twice. Food was very tasty. Location of resort is in a great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a grocery a block away. Plus a fresh bakery 1/2 a block away just on the other side of the street. They even have breakfast which was very good. I definitely would rent again this unit at the resort. Great communication by email on all inquires I had before arriving.

If you have never visited the beautiful island of St. Maarten, this will be a valuable tool in your preparation for your vacation in paradise!

  Renting from an owner was easy and stress free. We have a timeshare, but was not able to make a trade to the location for the unit size and specific week. Dealing with the owner's agent was easy. The unit we chose was older and had not been renovated, but it was everything we needed for a week. The resort was great, wonderful location and great pool, beach and gym. We were close to many restaurants and activites.
