We stayed during Spring Break and loved every moment! The house is clean and spacious with everything you need for a family vacation. We will definitely come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

THe home is incredible brand new throughout. Not a problem to be had with the home. For the money that we spent it was a tremendous pleasure to be so close to all the activities. And in walking distance to the beach, food, nightlife, had a great week!! Planning to stay this year as well.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed in this beautiful house on the beach last summer (Mid August). The sunrises were incredible. The house is right on the edge of an old beach town, I have to commute to work everyday so it was a relief not to have to get in the car all week. During the week the area is calm but the weekend brings more vacationers and it becomes quite lively. Plenty of kid friendly restaurants in the area.Otto are Golden Retriever refused to leave.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house is literally next door to Donovan's, a major party bar in Sea Bright. Lots of loud music and stumbling drunks at all hours of day and night. Beautiful home but not good for families. My husband and I and our two dogs had an amazing time. What a beautiful home and cute town. Right on the beach, amazing sunrise, so close to Manhattan...what more can you ask for! Will return next year hopefully! =)Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I rented this house during the summer of 2011. I told the owner I was looking for a nice place for my family, parents and in-laws. The house is minimally furnished. There were maybe two bowls, two coffee mugs but no coffeepot. The air conditioner kept tripping the fuse. The house is right next to a Tikki bar. Music was constantly playing throughout the day. The bar has live bands Fri. through Sun. Don't expect to get any sleep before 2 am. I ended up taking my parents home a day early as we weren't going to be able to sleep that Friday night. Beautiful house but not a relaxing week.Owner response: There is plenty of furniture and utensils in the house,never had a complaint.The house is four years young. There is a noise ordanience in town,no load music after 10 o'clock.The house is a great social house, if your looking for a quite,boring Holiday, rent a house in a retirement commumity or the Hamptons not a home on the beautiful Jersey Shore. SOUR GRAPES.

Over the years, we've spent 2 beautiful vacations at this oceanfront home. It's been wonderful. I love the close proximity to the water, the sand and of course to New York. If only all of the Jersey shore were this charming.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
